Yuck. I got a ham, cheese and mushroom crepe: - the crepe was undercooked - the ingredients were put in at the very last second... so had no time to warm up. Who wants cold ham and unmelted cheese in their crepe? A bit more time on the griddle at the end ofcooking could have fixed that - the mushrooms were raw??? This place is absolutely terrible. We were only allowed to try 3 kinds of icecream before buying, they are way too overpriced... for the flavour. AND SPEAKING OF FLAVOUR!!?. I ordered a red velvet icecream which literally tasted just like chocolate icecream with a dark red food colouring added too it. I don?t recommend this place to anyone what so ever! Read more
Somewhat surprised by the 3.8 rating on Google. I thoroughly enjoyed the crepe & the customer service was excellent too. The... young lady was very friendly & professional. It?s also kinda cool that you can watch them make the crepes right in front of you???? The toppings were plenty & the portion size was good too. I had a Perrier & my bill was $20. We feel scammed by this business, they doubled our order. We should have been able to review the order. I think they take... advantage of the loud background noise and barriers and then speak with squeaky voices so they can up your order - as if its notalready expensive enough - a crepe for $23, OMG and it wasnt even good !! I think for bad service they should get one star butfor a scam they should get less than that. When confronted about the scam, they didnt deny it. Read more
It was our first time trying this place and we loved it! We both had the ?S?mores Crepe? and added strawberries. The staff were... very friendly and nice. They were sociable and popped a few jokes here & there. The crepe was absolutely delicious - thetoppings were very heavy portions & the strawberries were so fresh! I was roaming in Toronto Eaton Centre and was looking for some place to eat. Then I came across this place. There is no separate... seating for the place as all the food outlets share the seating area. I tried their New York Crepe from Savory menu. I wasquite amazed to see them putting a full slice of cheesecake inside the crepe. Also there was a lot of Nutella and strawberriesinside it. The taste was quite amazing. This crepe place used to be incredible but over the years the quality, portioning and care has declined. They have increased the... pricing yet decreased how many fruits or toppings are in the crepe. I do think that with the change of owner or management, thelocation is extremely focused on cutting corners to save money at the expense of customers satisfaction. Overall, it is an okayplace to get a crepe if you are really craving one while you are in the mall. Read more
