I went there Thursday afternoon, around 5pm, there was only a few people. Sushi was good and price as very attractive. I can?t... believe such a quiet place is in such a busy area! Read more

Seen the board with the deals they were having so I decided to give it a shot. I got the 16 assorted rolls for $13 something... after tax. It was okay. It was a lot of salmon which I?m not too fond of. Probably should?ve asked what types of rolls it wouldbe. If you like salmon then go for this. The fish tasted fresh but the sewed was a bit chewing. I could see that they make therolls fresh as they were being made practically where people sit. I got a glass of water but the glass was dirty so I didn?teven drink it. Probably won?t go again. I've noticed a pattern where these restaurants appear to focus more on sushi than ramen. I didn't have the Sushi, so I assume... its good. However, the ramen broth had no flavor, the egg and meat were salty (but good) and the noodles appeared to be instantnoodles. The price was good, so for the cost, I guess it's a good trade off. Fresh sushi, fresh udon and the tempura was a nice light yellow (burnt/dark brown yellow indicate overused or old oil). I've... seen some complaints about the oil before but if you look at my photos, at least during my visit the tempura was obviouslycooked using fresh oil. Located by Yonge and College this is a great spot for people in the business sector, healthcare oruniversity students to grab a casual lunch as they have alot of both hot and cold items depending on the weather! This is a restaurant where you can get your sushi cravings satisfied. They serve all sorts of yummy sushi rolls as well as... Japanese appetizers and mains. The sushi rolls are huge and aren't very costly, making it an ideal spot for students in thearea. Read more

With over 25 specialty rolls this place captured my heart. Danny and his family have been in this space for over 20 years and... there is great reasons why. Everyone is accommodating and so nice, they have kept the food up to date with purple rice sushi, keto sushi, ramen, both raw sushi and cooked bowls and so much more. There are always specials each and every day. I love thebig flavours here and everything is so so fresh. Being right at Carlton/College and Yonge means they are so very accessible. Ohand I tasted their sushi rice right after it was made and it had the perfect tang of vinegar and pearls of individualrice. Small cozy place that's a bit hidden off the street. Sushi is good and the staff is super polite and prompt. It's a wee bit dark... on the inside. The decor is nice and they use the space effectively. They give you quite a bit of Wasabi which is nice. I'd comehere again. Read more
