We did the Latin American Street Food class just this past weekend and it was a lot of fun! Really enjoyable experience with a... great group of instructors. The kitchen is spacious with quality equipment and the dishes we prepared captured the flavours andculture so well. I?d go back for another class in the future. Read more

Recently attended the Pasta Skills class and was so impressed! We were put into groups and rotated sections, so everyone got a... chance to make every step of the three pasta menu. The sections were hands on, which will provide a good foundation to continuemaking pasta at home. The chefs and assistants were friendly, patient - and best of all, the pasta we made was insanelydelicious. Great experience! Read more

Did their chef?s table experience and found the portions to be pretty small. While the overall experience was enjoyable, the... chef prepared one plate per table, so whether you came alone or as a couple you got the same amount of food. I don?t think it?sfair that I paid for two people but we only got one person worth of food. While there were a few opportunities to ask for extrafood, we left the seven course meal still hungry and went across the street for more food. A few smaller things to be aware ofbut didn?t concern us too much: - The owner was walking around all the tables unmasked and did not confirm with attendeeswhether this was okay or not. - The website mentions that the experience includes wine/cocktail pairings (implying multiple) butreally it was just one welcome drink. Attended their whole hog butchery as an early Christmas present for my dad, and it was a blast! We really got to break down the... whole hog from nose to tail, and came away with some of the best pork we have ever tasted. Overall, the staff and instructorswere very knowledgeable at Dish. They shared their know-how with the class in a very informative way, but in a manner that isfun, enjoyable, and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun date night, family bonding time, orwho simply loves to learn and enjoys their time in the kitchen. Read more

Such a great 'Brunch and Bubbles' class. All of the food was to die for and we got to try our hand at each station. The chefs... were helpful and very supportive! I'd love to go back. Read more

Hands-on at Dish was Saturday date night on our weekend getaway to Toronto! We went to the New Nordic hands-on class which had... an exciting array of unique foods, cooked entirely by all of the 17 attendees, with assistance from their lovely staff. Theyprovided a complementary welcome drink when we arrived and then split us up into groups of 4 or so to prepare the four courseswhich was basically hors d'oeuvres, side, main protein, and dessert. Each dish had a unique technical component. The great partis you get to eat everything, the unfortunate part is you are only hands-on with the course you are assigned. Though you canwalk around and ask the other stations what they did, which is a fine way to mingle. I have to give this four stars (my heartsays five) because I wish they had a system where you can either pre-select a station based on when you signed up, or berandomly assigned as individuals or couples to a station. We raised our hands to learn how to cook the duck breast (as dideveryone else), but ended up being assigned to do the carrot dish because there were too many. It ended up great anyway, we gotto our station and pickled, sauteed, chopped, blended, rolled, and roasted carrots into a visually stunning and delicious dish.At the end we all sat at one big table and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. Learned a lot! And they will send you the recipesfor everything after. :) Check it out Read more

Everything was fantastic so there is not much to complain about. The only constructive feedback is that we wish we didn't have... to sit and talk to strangers. If we could sit on our own (since it was Valentine's day), that would have been better. Read more
