Walked in with 20 minutes till close and was told they ran out of pizzas. Okay.
It's like eating cardboard. Not very tasty. I'm left to wonder why I see them all over the place
First, they take money from the buyer, then, without my hands, they make the dough and put the ingredients on the pizza.
Recieved disgusting, undercooked "pan pizza" twice now. When I called to complain this time, i was met by extraordinarily rude... staff who dismissed me like I didnt just spend good money on pizza thats making my stomach currently feel sick. This is thesecond time and I will never order from this location again. Such a shame, as I've had decent pizza from this franchise before.It's clear that the staff here is the problem from the top to the bottom. Perhaps if they were forced to take responsibilityfor their poor behaviour or were forced to work at a less privileged job, maybe they would appreciate the position they'recurrently in and take matters such as UNDERCOOKED PRODUCTS seriously. I asked for a refund and whoever they had on the phonemumbled something under his breath and told me to, "do whatever I want." Way ahead of you pal. I certainly hope anyone readingthis avoids this location at all costs. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The awful staff and extremely poor standards are notworth anybody's hard earned money. I ordered the pizza and it took awhile, it was Friday evening so it was busy. I got home and the pizzas were over cooked and it... was dry. They were cheap with the pizza sauce and cheese. Plus I ordered 3 large 3 topping pizzas and the toppings was light.Probably not going back there Read more
Today it is the last day I am ordering pizza at this location. While I was waiting for my order, I saw a guy in the kitchen... scratching his head and wiping the sweat off his forehead, and then he just got back to what he was doing without even washinghis hands. I was so disgusted by it. Then I saw another one, without a face mask, taking a bunch of pizza boxes, put them on thefloor where everybody was walking and started to spin them to align them all. I mean, come on..... I did place several ordersduring the last few months, because their pizza is actually good, but I have to be honest, I always saw something (when I wasinside) that made me feel not super happy to order food from them, but I turned a blind eye to most of those times. Whathappened today was just a big NONO to me and I just don't want to experience that anymore. I believe they should be more awareof the Health Canada's guidelines for safe food handling. Read more
Very hectic location but the systems Domino's has in place with modern technology using the app as well as a display as of the... status of your order make it almost my completely preferred place. It's not exactly my favourite pizza even though the qualityis in fact really good but I've never seen a pizza place with such a modern technological setup. Great Deals On the App as welland one of the only Pizza apps that's actually intuitive and works as advertised. There's a reason it has such a good reviewrate on the Android App Store. Read more
