Horrible and run business illegally. I?ve ordered multiple times from this store over years, over 15 times they?ve got my order... wrong, delivered wrong orders. Today not only dod they deliver the wrong order they stole from my 14 year old sister. -Driver pretended not to have parking to come deliver upstairs. I ask to cancel order since I am sick an unable to come... down. -Driver agreed to cancellation. Then proceeded to try calling me back and SNUCK into my building without being BUZZEDIN. - Gave me excuses at the door about what had happened. I told him i was upset that he snuck in, paid for the order and evenTIPPED. - Driver leaves, then TEXT ME inappropriately after the transaction is done . -I called the store and the manager didnot take the situation seriously. WORST Domino's location ever. Do not order from here they call you to tell you the order is on the way and will be there in 10... minutes. I called the store after 30 minutes asking where the driver is, they didnt know and then just hung up on me. Drivershowed up 1 hour later told him the pizza should be free and he just stood there unsure what to do...... SAVE YOUR MONEY asthese people are very disrespectful and send you food all smashed up and won't even look back. Read more
The team is okay at this location. I was a walk-in order and it was not busy. I sat there waiting and it turns out they didn?t... call out my name when the pizza was ready, I was left sitting there for another 10 mins until they finally came over to ask myname and order to bring the pizza out. The worst part about this location is the staff. They are clearly not trained on customer service. I walk in and am the only... customer in the store. I?m waiting for almost 10 minutes with a staff of about 7 in the kitchen talking amongst themselves. Ihad an order for pick up that was supposed to be ?ready? when I arrived. When I was finally addressed they realized it had beensitting there this whole time. I ordered a small pizza with mushrooms from this location (July 31, 2022). There was hardly any mushroom topping and worst of... all the pizza was dry (barely any tomato sauce) and flavorless. 3 kids tried the pizza and had trouble finishing their slice.What a disappointment! The other negative reviews of this location are a testiment to how poorly run this Dominos is. Theyshould just shut down.... Read more
Friday night, weekend calling, not in the mood to cook - I took the freedom to order myself an XL Domino's Pacific Veggie... Pizza... Oh I love you pizza! The pizza was delivered piping hot with Ranch sauce and extra ketchup minis. Generous quantitiesof black olives, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms made the flavor exciting. Back in the day i could devour 7-8 slices, thisbad boy was way out of my league. I could only rack up 5 slices. 7 stars to the perfect dough and juicy slices! Read more
Good. Mostly consistent. Some times they'll get the cheese sprinkling wrong and mess up the uniformity of the cheese and topping... spread, but tolerable. Only had the thin crusts. Read more
