They did not cut my pizza. Put me on hold when I explained the situation. Nothing has been done customer service wise.
I frequently order from dominos but this location definitely has really bad quality as indicated by other reviews. And not sure... what the scene is with delivery not coming up to the apt when every one else delivers to the door step. Covid times are over andample parking for delivery guys in the building. Incredibly rude customer service. I called to complain about the quality of pizza I received and the man on the phone said that... he checked the pizza before it came out and there was absolutely nothing wrong with what they had sent and that they would donothing about the pizza. He then proceeded to hang up on me. If this is your domino's, find another one. I will never order fromthis one again. The sheer arrogance is astounding. If I could give this dump a zero, I would. Requested a well-done pizza and received uncooked dough that was barely warm inside. When I called, the manager offered to give... me 50% of my next pizza. All pizzas are currently 50% off. I?ve never had issues at other Dominos pizza but he was extremelyrude, unhelpful, and told me to proceed to call head office. I do not recommend this location. Worst, uncooked and cold pizza delivered and ridiculous customer service, not appreciated at all. Manager and staff should be... trained to reply properly. No manners, no etiquettes. They gave uncooked pizza and when we went to manager he and whole teamstarted arguing and gave unwanted answers.
