I attended breakfast with my family on July 7th,2022. The place was 90 percent occupied and their was only one waitress.... Suddenly the waitress started crying as she appeared to be overwhelmed. Also the food arrived toast were burnt and the portionscompared to the previous owners have been cut in half and the prices have skyrocketed. Obviously the management doesn?t careabout their staff. We complained and asked to speak to the manager as the waitress tried her best and they weee not present. Thetwo cooks started laughing at our complaint as well extremely unprofessional. We shall never return to this place again. Yesthey upgraded the interior although the quality and quantity has gone down hill. Who let?s a waitress work alone on a Saturdaymorning? My family felt stressed for the waitress. We shall advise all of our friends to never attend this location. It used tobe great and now it?s overpriced and understaffed. Read more
Good breakfast place. Nice inside. Waiter was receptive and took care to ensure our breakfasts were what we wanted. One of us... got the wrong order and it was replaced rapidly. Good location with free parking to meet up if you're a breakfast person. Goodpresentations on the food. Read more
First time visiting since the renovations and can easily say I'm happy for the change. Bright, clean and spacoius. Will be... visiting more often. Kids loved the fries, great new menu, staff was so friendly and positive. Everyone, including the kidsfinished off their plates clean. Pricing was also decent and fair. Read more
Horrible customer service. How can you not follow simple instructions? Seriously ? I asked for 2 drinks, 2 meals , 2 breads and... the entire order came incorrect. Not one single drink. Instead they replaced it with dry pancakes. I then called to have areplacement sent in and they had the audacity to tell me to pick it up. You should of figure out a way to resolve your ownmistake than not giving a damm. Total waste of time Read more
Went here for some breakfast. Service is okay. But it seems like the cook is either very slow or just doesnt care. There were... only 5 tables and the wait from my order to having the food to my table was unusually slow. I was about to leave and cancel myfood when it finally came. Eggs are ok, bacon ok...these are things one cannot get wrong...but the home fried potatoes did nottaste good at all ... If you have to have breakfast and you dont want to drive elsewhere, good luck. Otherwise, goelsewhere. Oh, the picture is about the fruit garnish on the plate... its way too small and its better to not give a fruitgarnish at all if its so little...geeezzzz....lilliputian comes to mind...
