El Bosco Food Truck is amazing! ???? We hired them today for a food truck day at work and their food, staff and management team... were fantastic. Marcela was so easy to work with, professional, and extremely responsive, which made the planning very easy. Thefood tasted fresh and so delicious - our staff had all positive feedback on the menu items. Their truck wrap is eye-catching,celebrating all the beautiful things about Latin America. We hired El Bosco Food Truck for our new office opening party and they were amazing! Not only was the food delicious, hot and... had plenty of options to choose from, the staff were amazing. Good quality tacos, but a little disappointed in the flavour! We tried the chicken, pork, and fish tacos at the Street Eats food... truck festival after waiting a total of an hour (line to order and wait for food) which definitely skewed my expectations... Thefish taco had the best flavour of the 3, but I don't think I'll return. Read more
If you are considering El Bosco to cater for your next big event please please read this review. We ordered for a party this... past Saturday and we were told last minute that the driver would not deliver because there was a little snow on the ground. Sotwo hours before the party we were told a Uber was coming and that the scheduled time would no longer work that we would have toaccept an earlier delivery. Fine, then I asked if the food was still going to be warm when it arrived in the Uber and I wasassured that it was properly packed to stay warm. My food arrives earlier then we wanted, it is all cold, freezing actually. The meat had been cooked at least a day prior to delivery, the salad was all wet and soggy, the empanadas were disgusting, thefries cold and greasy, and the chicken kebobs hard like a rock. I mean horrible. Im Uruguayan so I know my empanadas very welland these were more like stale pizza pockets. The only thing that was edible were the chips but the dip looked like the avocadoswere rotten already. Never in my life have I seen food like this especially for an event. I was so mortified, I did not serveany of this food to my guests and was left to order in pizza. It was an awful experience and to make matters worse when Icalled Marcela to speak with her and she claimed the food I and 35 other guests were looking at was just fine. I proceeded totell her that this was not acceptable and that I would go on here to tell my story and she simply replied " I don't care" againand again!!! Please please trust me do not order from this place. Order from the Food Dudes. They are exceptional,unfortunately they were already overbooked for my event. Read more
