Their turkey bacon ranch is my absolute fav sub of all time!! Every component of the sub is made of high quality ingredients and... it really just melts in your mouth. The bun is amazing, the vegetables are fresh and the steamed meat is to die for!! The girlsare always so friendly when my husband and I come in and we love the side pickle! Read more

I ordered a New York Steamer. Isn't the meat suppose to be steaming or hot or even warm at best? (Sat Oct 22 7 pm) My sub had... cold meat (pastrami/corned beef). The cheese couldn't melt. I managed to eat half of this in my car, and threw the other coldhalf in the garbage. Almost $20 for a cold sub, no drink, no combo, it's gotten quite expensive. They also ran out of blackolives? Just a shame to be throwing out a quarter pound of meat. I went to Subway and ordered my other half for $6. And itwas Hot? Don't like getting screwed, and I did. This place is now on off my list. And finally when paying, they ask do youwant to round up for a donation? Sure, give me the donation receipt. Not. Firehouse gets huge tax breaks on these hugedonations and the money comes from the public. Good job! Owner... Please don't reply by asking me to reach out responce.... Ifyou can't maintain consistency, there are so many other options. Just train your staff to follow Firehouse guidelines. Read more

Had the turkey bacon sub with a drink and chips. Service slow only 1 person but very friendly. Taste very similar as Subway. Did... not offer Toasted or not, not sure if they do Toast their Subs? Read more

Great place to grab a bite since Katz Deli closed down on Dufferin Street. Very fire house theme driven. Bit on the expensive... side compared to Subway but the taste and meat quality is worth the extra bucks. Read more

(This is not a service review, just a food rating) I got a 7-8in Sweet and Spicy Meatball sub without extra toppings - costed... $12. Meatballs were soft and mushy - (1/5) Sauce was not very flavourful - (1/5) It had a decent amount of spice -(4/5) Sandwich was perfectly filled/presented - (5/5) Overall a 2/5, meatballs need more texture and the sauce needs moreflavour - looks much better than it tasted. I?m honestly not too sure what this is. I had ordered a 6 inch Italian Meatball and when my order was called out she called it... as Italian Meatball. I drove 25 minutes there then home to find this disappointment. The sub has been tossed in the garbage. Ihave normally been to the Oshawa location and it was great. Also, an ex employee was in the lobby with customers taking abouthow he just quit and talking trash about the management, the other employees were encouraging it and didn?t stop it. Veryuncomfortable topic and behaviour while waiting for the food to be prepared. Read more

First time ordering from this place and it was disgusting. They cheaped out the toppings, barely put any meat and did not... follow the instructions what should of came from the menu. They just slapped on some very little meat, lots of mayo, very littleto nothing cheese, no mushrooms and no caramelized onions. It took them an hour to make it and also gave me the wrong drinkorder. I do not recommend this place, try it your own risk. Read more

So much better than subway! They stack the subs with plenty of meat, their toppings are fresh and you can hear them cook fresh... subs for you as you wait for your order! Staff was friendly and courteous, and service was relatively quick. Highly recommend! Read more
