The food at Flame and Smoke is delicious. The taste, freshness and quality of the food is next level. I had the mac n' cheese... bites, corn bread and BBQ chicken sandwich, all of which were excellent. More importantly, Skye - one of the co-owners - issuper friendly and interested in chatting with her customers. I had the winner winner chicken dinner. The first bites of the cornbread and the fried chicken were amazing. Nonetheless, by the... end I felt the sweetness was a bit too much.
