Warm and inviting dining atmosphere. Friendly staff, Martin and Lynn took care of us and were wonderful! Really cute decor... indoor and in the back patio. I LOVE their patio, their veggie tacos, the service is AMAZING, the kitchen is so creative and memorable :) and above all I LOVE... their margaritas, the bartender is always getting flavors in it that make them unique as drinks! Only advice would be to watchout for tacos to not get too wet at the bottom and nachos being a little bit warmer. But everything is still delicious! Read more
The Lola margarita is a 10/10 drink please try it. The back patio is lovely and intimate. Exactly the time of ambience I look... for. We loved our vegetarian tacos (Portobello tacos and jicama tacos). The dishes are gorgeous and filled with colour. The onecritique is that the toppings should’ve been layered in the nachos and not just at the top. Nonetheless, the chips are clearlyhomemade and delicious. The patio is a full vibe! Such a hidden gem. Food is delicious and they aren't shy with their servings. Cocktails were... delicious, some where a hit and miss but completely depends on your taste. Service was prime. Prices are a bit steep but itmakes up for it in ambiance. Would highly recommend it as a date night. Read more
If I could possibly give one more star, I would. I love my margaritas and Fonda Lola did nothing short of impress me. The... margaritas in the pics are, La Rosa and Lola. They were both so delicious and the presentation was incredible. The service wasso wonderful , the manager took the time to really provide excellent service and went above and beyond. They were quite busy atone point but they made sure to come to our table just the right amount of times. We got to really get to talk to the manager,and he is such a great addition to their restaurant with excellent knowledge and background in hospitality. He will no doubtmake Fonda Lola a return for most customers. Also, the back patio had the most incredible ambience. The restaurant itself isreally nice but I will definitely be returning to the back patio again to enjoy the gorgeous rustic feel, and beautiful greenvines. It’s a little escape away from the city, in the city. I will be back soon. Read more
Solid food, great environment, pretty slow service and our waiter disappeared at the end of service! Ordered chips and guac,... steak and shrimp tacos, and the Lola Marg- great drink for those who love cocktails that are on the sweeter side. Food portionsare great for the price and their back patio is shaded by some trees and feels pretty homey. Re: service, it took around 35minutes for me to get my first drink but it didn’t seem like the restaurant was busy inside. At the end of service, we askedfor the bill and the waiter clocked out so I had to ask the bar to pay. Otherwise, really great food and vibe! Read more
Can't wait to go back! The ambiance, service and food were all great. The cocktails are AMAZING. Definately recommend Lola's... Margarita. Tacos are delicious. Back patio is an absolutely adorable little spot full of greens. The waiters Martin and Lynnwere so friendly and didn't rush us even though we went past our reservation time limit. Highly recommend booking a reservationbecause by the time we left around 830pm, there was a huge line up outside! If you love tacos and margaritas- you have to eathere! Read more
