OMG, the worst Frehi. I was there Saturday at 4:40 pm. Store number 0728.I went and ordered two smoothies, which she made it... warm, like warm water. When I asked it is warm, and I cannot drink, she said she blamed AC and said AC is not working and if Iwant she can give my ice cubes to put in. When I asked for refund she went back to the storage and brought ice and she said shewill fix it. I want to add that she did not make a new cold smoothies, she took two smoothies she mixed some ice in it, ( wehave tasted the smoothies ) and she gave it bak. I bought two salads too which was half portion, no dressing and when I askedfor more dressing she said I put dressing under the salad, I looked at it later, and there was no dressing at all. I went to store 0728 at 4:40. It was the worst customer service ever. It was hot inside like the oven. Asked for 2 freshi green... smoothi and got it warm because ir was blended without ice. The lady was working there have not put the ice in it. When i toldit is hot. And i cannot drink it.she blamed AC when i asked for refund out of nowhere she found ice. At the end she mixed someIce with with it. I want to add that She did not changed the smoothi she asked me to put cubes of ice in it. I asked also forKale and Fiesta salad which were half of the bowl and it was not enough at all ,oposite of what tou see in photos.
