Good ingredients, tasty sauce, but needs more protein. The chicken itself was also oddly mushy, kind of like wet paper pulp. My... first time having freshii in years and I have mixed feelings. It's about as decent as j remember, but maybe it's just thislocation that definitely didn't do the protein right. The eating area was gross, it hadn?t been wiped down there was garbage from the last person. I was the only customer in there... and the staff were just standing around doing nothing. I also have no idea how they can possibly make a good idea for food tasteso bland. When I look at the ingredients list one would think it would taste like something but then it tastes like nothing! This location is ground level, so it is wheel chair accessible. They do not have an automatic door. The service is always quick... and friendly here. The great thing about their items, you can customize to what sauces or dressings you would like. One of myfavourite items is the Cobb salad and also the spicy lemongrass soup. Love their fresh, healthy ingredients and menu options. A little pricey however worth it for the quality and portion size of... food. Each of their pre-set bowls are customizable and are really well designed for their flavor profile. Juice and small energybites are overpriced in my opinion. Read more

Consistently disappointed. Got the daily special, protein not included is the fine print. Less vegetables than on a subway sub.... Basically a bowl of rice for the price of a meal elsewhere. You can get a classic for $1 more with protein instead. Got one starbecause somehow they made healthy food taste far worse than other places and yet still with sugary sauce and crunchy junk ontop.
