Great customer service. I had an issue with one of my take out orders, I called them and informed about the problem but they... were already closed by then so they asked me to come in the next day. This is a wholesome place to eat. If you appreciate bowls, tacos or wraps then you might put a little bit of thought into what... you eat? I am pleased with the quality of my drink. This tropical mango coconut milk base happens to rock with honey, pineappleand turmeric. While, COVID protocols were followed here please expect to wait a little longer, depending on the traffic. Fellowworking was an excellent food handler, with the right calls on glove changes and food hygiene. For this reason, plus COVIDprotocol I waited a tad longer for a smoothie today. Nice freshii location, I prefer this store whenever I want Freshii mainly because it is an actual restaurant and not inside a... gas station. it has area to sit down, its clean, friendly staff and no gas fumes. Bonus! Read more
Update: Over a month later. Owners of this location do not care about quality of their food, their customers, or their mistakes.... After looking through your reviews it seems like you only choose to respond to five stars. You just don?t run a business tryingto pretend you?re never in the wrong. Very sour experience, I will 100% NOT BE BACK. SAVE YOIR MONEY PEOPLE. Otherwise you?ll beserved rotten moody food and no one will even say they?re sorry. 1. Appearance: 1/5 ?? Oaxaca bowl had all the correctingredients, but unfortunately the ingredients were not fresh. First thing I noticed was the avocado - it was covered in largeblack spots meaning it was rotten. I fail to understand why the employee who was assembling the bowl added an ingredient that isinedible and unpresentable. Second thing I noticed was the size of the Beet Slaw chunks - they were too big, uneven, and cut ina most careless way possible. 2. Smell: 2/5 ?? The only part of the dish that had a smell was the Spicy Yogurt Sauce. Verylightly tangy. The rest of the dish was bland. 3. Taste: 2/5 ?? I threw out all the avocado and majority of beet slaw, but therest of the ingredients tasted ok once mixed together. But the experience was not the same if I?m missing two main ingredientsas well. 4. Texture: 1/5 ?? Brown Rice - Dry, Kale - somewhat crisp, Beet Slaw - hard to bite, Black Beans - Soft & Mushy, Corn- chewy, Salsa Fresca - Mushy, Crispy Wontons - Stale, Lime Wedge - Not very juicy slice, Spicy Yogurt Sauce - smooth. 5.Temperature: 1/5 ?? I?m truly disappointed because the entire bowl has arrived Ice cold top to bottom. Rice was extremely cold -and seeing that it was dry in texture makes me think it was not freshly made. 6. Flavour: 1/5 ?? I was missing two ingredients,and the rest of the ingredients were cold and unappetizing, I ate some just because I do not waste food. I just pulled a 10mm x 2mm bone shard that forms to a sharp tip like a shark tooth, out of the roof of my mouth. I'm not sure... what to say about this exactly except that it was painful and disturbing of what may have happened if I swallowed it because ofit's size and how sharp it was. Maybe it's the chicken suppliers fault that provides your franchise'smeat, but I'm stunned anddon't know if I would order from this location again. If it's the same supplier for all chains then im not sure how I feel aboutthis restaurant as a hole. I hope someone reaches out about this, as it's a safety issue and I bought some for my 1 year old sonnot too long ago.. Read more
Consistent quality, always fresh. LOVE the tacos! :) Thank you Freshii! My only gripe, is that sometimes there's only 1 person... working, but the wait is not bad. Staff are always considerate, and I appreciate the changing of disposable food handlinggloves. Also they have a canned cold brew coffee with oat milk that I've been wanting to try!
