I ordered from here for the first time last night. I've had sushi from many places before but this place was a bit cheaper so I... decided to try it and was not satisfied. you get what you paid for. the salad was such a big disappointment. the lettuce was oldand ugly. you can see my pics. I threw the salad out in the trash as it was not worth eating. black spots all over it. noquality at all. sushi: I got the veggie combo and it was alright. quality was again low compared to other places I'vetried. miso soup: I honestly don't know why the miso soup had an offputting taste. it was just OK but could be better. I don'tplan on ordering from this place again. it was a waste of my money. another weird thing is when I placed my order on uber, itsaid order is being prepared but literally a few minutes later it said wrapping up which i found weird because how are youalready wrapping up my order? it usually always take time for orders to be prepared from other places I order from. Food is cheap here but you pay for what you get. The fish was not not the freshest and texture was borderline rubbery. The rice... in the nigiri was a giant clump and was pretty tasteless. We also got a few appetizers like fried gyoza and springrolls butthey tasted only a bit better than frozen pre-packaged stuff. The service was good so I feel bad giving such a low rating. Buthonestly I did not enjoy my meal. I would pay a bit more to have better sushi elsewhere. Read more
Fantastic fresh sushi, followed my food allergy request, and even gave me a mochi gift! If you're ever able to pickup some food... here don't hesitate. Two thumbs up!! Thank you! Finally picked up from Goen - great spot! Fish was super fresh, generous portions. The nigiri was really good and the rolls were... all good. Not too rice heavy, a lot of good food at a super fair price. Will be back! Read more
