Came here for first time, I had matcha marble and wintermelon drinks. Both drink are very delicious but for me just too sweet.... Even tho my sweet level was only 30%. The staff are very friendly and gives recommendations for both drink. Definitely this ismy to go bubble tea place. ? Read more
Love their oolong milk tea
Love this Bubble Tea spot, really good. They have many options and allow you to pick the ice & sugar level. They also have more... than just tapioca boba, they have jelly, kanteen, and more... which is really nice and they make smoothies. On my first visit I asked if they have soy milk option and the staff said they don't use soy milk but they use plant milk in all... of their drinks. I was surprised because this is rarely seen in bubble tea places. So i asked if they use other plant milk likeoat or almond milk, she said yes. Upon hearing that, my friend and I went ahead and got 2 milk based drinks. A month later, iwent back to the store with another friend who wants a dairy free bubble tea. Just to be sure, we asked again if they use plantbased milks. The staff said no. They do not use any plant based milk in their drinks. They do not even have that option. I wasshocked that a business can straight out lie to customers about the ingredients in their drinks. I am beyond appalled and hopeanyone with dairy allergies or restrictions would stay away. Nice little bubble tea shop right by the subway station. This location doesn't have tables but have a long bench for customers... waiting for take out. Unfortunately they don't have all the drinks like other locations, but still my favorite place as it's soclose to the station. Lovely decor, friendly staffs and tasty drinks. I?ve always been a fan with Gong Cha! I?ve tried their bubble teas at different locations and it never disappoints! The only... reason I took off one star is that I?m used to them asking me if I want slush or milk tea. I ALWAYS take slush. They didn?t askand I guess I didn?t realize. But when I received my drink, it wasn?t a slush honey dew with tapioca. It was milk tea. The tasteisn?t the same. I still enjoyed it but I prefer the slush 100% I still highly recommend if you are in the area! Read more
