This location is GREAT for the flame-grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken as it?s attached to a Swiss Chalet. Also,... CONVENIENT for the hungry shoppers from the [Stockyards Village] very popular and customer-favourite retail stores at the cornerdown the street. I?ve ordered food from here a handful of times, and every time I?ve had somewhat good service from thestaff. The food itself was fairly tasty and made to my personal perfection. I found my first combo meal substituted with apoutine instead of fries to be quite expensive. However, it may be worth it because I generally have a hard time eating mywhole combo meal in one sitting. Since I?ve taken this fact into consideration, I stopped ordering combo meals with poutinesubstitutes. Personally, I started taking a very huge liking to the poutines. In fact, I like the poutines so much that I?veonly been ordering a regular sized each and every time I come by here. THEY ARE SO SO GOOD!! You can dine-in, take-out, or usethe drive-thru. The WORST Harvey?s this location needs to get shut down they?re dirty & rude and unprofessional. They don?t care because... regardless they get paid but honestly we should go on strike for this location as customers. There?s not a time I?ve been hereand they weren?t disrespectful they?re serving attitude more than food. If you hate your job get a new one and stop taking itout on the customers spending their money. Long story short.. One time during covid I ordered and I specifically asked for applejuice but the girl marked it as pure leaf and gave me my drink and I waited for my food. After receiving my order from anotheremployee they gave me a pure leaf and because covid you can?t give it back so he let me have it, the girl that took my ordersent the girl from drive thru after my car to tell me to come back inside over the juice so I gave back the juice but that washer fault not mine. Enter my order correctly. Other than that they take forever to give customers their order like we didn?tspend money to receive cold food and attitude. Hire people that actually want to work and get things done. Always talking andlaughing around and moving slow. No matter what time it is they?re going to take FOREVER. I just think something should be donelike who?s the manager of this place? They don?t seem to care either the reviews on this location are terrible. There?s picturesof flies and just terrible service comments. You guys need to update your google hours and make it look like you are actually open..you are losing tons of business..... mcdonalds line is backed up like crazy and no one is ordering from you because they think you are closed.. you could make alotof people happy and do better business if you correct your approach Read more
Waiting for about 10 mins to have my order taken in the drive through. Then, I waited another 20 or so at the window & in a... parking space. Finally I went inside and asked the manager about my food. It was sitting in a bag inside and he didn't seem tothink 30 mins to get 2 jr burgers was a big deal. July26 around 11:15pm . Worst service . They took almost 10 minutes to take the order first and then i waited for 15-20 minutes... at the window to get my order. Employees working there was just talking and roaming here and there. Girl working there waslooking outside the window and was laughing at the boys who was behind me. When i asked her how long its gonna take . She closedthe window. I waited for 20 minutes even after that food was cold. Should hire some new hardworking employees, not like theseemployees who doesn't even care about the customer. Employees are so rude and unprofessional. Read more
There are flies in the harveys store. They probably fly around and sit on the fries and burgers waiting to be served. No... barrier to the swiss chalet next door, so the flies are free to roam there as well. Read more
If you like burgers this is a Toronto staple for sure. Has been around for years and never disappoints classic original with... cheese! Service however needs work. Read more
They treat all customer orders as take aways. We specifically told them that we will eat there but still they provided our food... in boxes with plastic cutlery. This was disappointing and next time we will just go to Swiss Chalet which I feel has betterservice. Read more
