Really nice place for a casual bite or something quick for takeout. Wait times are very short and the dishes are very delicious.... Definitely get bang for your buck in terms of quantity and portions. The staff are really nice and helpful with givingrecommendations and suggestions. The signature noodles where you can build your own dish are nice and convenient. I wouldrecommend the noodles with the peanut based sauce or the sesame paste base. You get to choose what to have in the bowl frommultiple different meat and vegetable options. I had one of each and added in pork and beef brisket respectively - both good, but peanut base was a definite highlight. Veggies include cabbage, lettuce shreds, cucumber shreds and green onion. The chickendumplings were decent, and the cucumber salad is a nice refreshing vegetable option. Read more

Great tasting noodles for a reasonable price. The noodles were chewy and the broth was very flavorful. They offer unlimited... noodles and the noodle bowl can be customized to your preferences through different spice levels and toppings. Be warned thattheir noodles are quite spicy. Any spice level higher than mild will pose a challenge for most people. Read more

We loved our experience here. I got the vegan noodles ($7 - really wow!!) and asked for max spice and zero numbing. I asked got... extra green onions, sesame seeds, peanuts and garlic. They're not kidding about the spice. My husband did the same but he hadpork ribs noodles. Both of us loved what we had but the spice levels were a bit much even for us. Next time we are going to toneit down a bit. Be careful what you wish for I guess!! But the broth is very flavorful and great quantity. Can't imagine gettingextra noodles with it but it's great that they have that option. I loved the greens in it - so I didn't miss any protein in it.Temperature of the food is pretty hot - just the way I like it. Staff is very friendly. Our waitress was very sweet and prompt. At one point, the chef came out and we told him how good everything was. Overall, it's one of our favorite, no-fuss reasonableyet delicious food in an expensive city. Read more

Perhaps expectations really are the thief of joy. I was swayed here by the 4.7 star rating and a friends positive review. I... can't say I'm impressed nor would I recommend to others. The meal was acceptable, I got the nutritious lamb noodle , spicy andless numbing (whatever that means ). I wasn't expecting it to taste anything like Ph? or ramen, but I wasn't expecting it totaste like nothing either . The soup seemed like a spicy, oily base with no noticeable taste till you reached the bottom. Thenoodles were great and the lamb was good (yay). Service was also friendly, but the meal being served in a plastic to-gocontainer with paper cups for water was yet another ding for me. Perhaps I'll visit again in a post Covid world and get adifferent menu item. Perhaps. Read more

I ordered the most basic of all noodles in this shop, ?? or Chongqing Street Noodles which is with the numbing spicy soup base,... noodles, spring onions and some vegetables. For the bottomless noodles top up possibility, the price is pretty fair at 6.99before tax and tips, especially if you are a hungry big eater. The shop was pretty clean with proper acrylic shields betweentables which made the place pretty safe to dine at with the COVID-19 safe distancing measures in place. The broth is prettygood, you can customize the level of spiciness, numbing etc but the only problem is that the broth is pretty little for thebasic Chongqing Street Noodles and after a noodle refill, it doesn't seem enough anymore but of course the taste is still good. They have various options of noodles, egg noodles, sweet potato noodles and rice noodles. I highly recommend the egg noodles,it's cooked well and goes well with the spicy numbing broth. Overall I would give this a 4 stars rating as the cleanliness isgreat, but the key thing, the broth is a little insufficient, would be perfect if they gave more of that. Service is prettyprompt and good, no complains about that. Read more
