Highly rated, popular and recommended on Google? Ikkousha Ramen did not disappoint! I had the Black Tonkotsu Ramen (a... combination of tonkotsu broth, charcoaled garlic and house blended black sesame oil which adds extra flavours and aroma to thedish) + I added premium toppings which included sliced pork, a soft boiled egg and dried seaweed. You can customize thesaltiness level (normal & less salty) and the preparation of the noodle (soft, normal, hard, very hard). I ordered normal forboth and was happy with my decision. I ordered a side of house made Gyoza dumplings and condiments to have with my ramen whichwere amazing and juicy. Overall had an amazing experience, the food came out quickly, was hot and delicious. The staff allseemed happy, engaged and everyone contributed to a joyful atmosphere. Read more

Best ramen in Toronto! The broth is hot and packed with flavour. But won?t make you feel too thirsty afterwards. Decent... portion and when we request for a bowl and glass for sharing, our waitress help us without hesitation. Great atmosphere. Just abit cold if you are seated at the door cause people keep coming in and out and there?s no ?double door? to prevent the colddraft. Read more

I love Ramen this one hands down tops it on my list, by the queen street not much seating but nice & cosy. I got the God fire... spicy level 2 was perfect & delicious, Spicy Ramen Tonkotsu was creamy & not that spicy was good as well. Sides we got theTakoyaki & fried chicken both tasted nice. Overall I would say must try, for me I have to come back for the other dishes. Read more

Ramen for your soul! Tried signature tonkotsu and gyokai tonkotsu with a small side of takana, and karaage. To order you get a... sheet to fill out all your preferences for your ramen and sides. The staff are attentive and help you fill out the sheet andverify everything. And each dish comes exactly how you mark your preferences. The broth is hearty and comforting with a cleanafter taste, seasoned just right. Easily the best ramen place I've tried so far. There were dividers between tables and everyother seat. And each section has its own ramen sauce, gyoza sauce, sesame, and pepper. The ramen sauce seems like just dilutedsalty broth/liquid (so instead of adding grains of salt, you add the ramen sauce to salt your ramen). I asked for a little bitof takana and it was a great complimentary side dish to the ramen. It's spicy marinated seaweed and the spiciness balances thehearty broth. The karaage was seasoned so well. It was crispy and so juicy inside. It came with seasoning salt which was alsoreally good - quality tasty salt. Overall very happy coming here and will definitely be back to try more of their menu items. If you're around, there's no need to hesitate, come here, eat, and leave happy. Read more

I was craving for some good Ramen when i found out about this place. Tried their Signature Tonkatsu Ramen and it was absolutely... delicious. The broth is one of the best I have had so far in Toronto, didn't need anything to be added and was amazing just asis served. Portions are great for 1 person meal at a time, very fast and friendly service. Pretty inexpensive as well andfreshly made. Definitely satiated all my craving and left me wanting more frequent visits :) Highly highly recommended. Read more

Quite possibly the best ramen I have had in Toronto! Friendly staff and fast service as well! One thing though, there are two... levels of saltiness you can choose from, I chose the full flavour (normal) this time and it?s really good, but some might findit just a bit too salty. Read more

I stopped here on my way back to my hotel. The restaurant is brightly lit, it was warm and the seats are nice and sturdy. The... servers were friendly and patient as I tried to decide what I wanted to order. My take out was ready in about 10 minutes. WhenI got back to my hotel, the food was still warm. They did not skimp on the broth nor the noodles. The flavor was something Ihaven't tasted in other ramen places which is a good thing! I'll definitely come back here when I visit Toronto again. Really friendly staff. Ramen tasted great with heavy flavor pork soup based. The takoyaki was not worth trying since the octopus... inside is smaller than my finger nails. They came up with free side dishes which went well with the ramen. I added toppings sothere were so many things on the ramen. Read more
