Have been here multiple times now and it's definitely worth a try if you haven't been. Their sisig and kare kare bagnet were my... favourite because of the crispy pork belly. Escabeche was visually stunning, flavour wise it tastes just as what you wouldexpect of a fried fish with sweet chilli sauce. Portion sizes are fairly generous. I am no Filipino food expert but definitelyrecomend this place and can't wait to try more items on the menu. Read more

Went here for summerlicious and everything was great for only $25! This was my first time trying chicken adobo and it was full... of flavour. The halo halo was also delicious. Overall both food and service was great - would definitely come again! Read more

Amazing bar/restaurant for Filipino food. We went here to try out their summerlicious menu and definitely weren't disappointed.... The ambience for a group dinner was perfect (seen below). Surprisingly bigger portion sizes than expected. The appetizers wereamazing (especially the peanut slaw). The desserts were probably the highlight of the meal - I'd definitely come back for theHalo Halo and the karioka. For those trying out the summerlicious menu, I'd recommend having the Halo Halo to close off the mealjust because the karioka felt a bit heavier (they were deep fried). Only taking off the one star because I found the chickenadobo (surprisingly) a bit under seasoned/bland, but still quite filling! Our server was also really sweet and ready to answerany questions we had regarding the menu. I'd give this a 4.5 if I could! Read more

Great dinner spot, perfect for a date. I went with a group of 4 for the summer lockout special. The 3 course meal was well worth... the $25. I was most impressed with the appetizers and the desserts. The lumpia and slaw were awesome. The adobo was alright; ittasted a bit mild, I was expecting a darker sauce with stronger vinegar tastes. The banana jackfruit was incredible, the thehalo halo is a great way to end a heavy meal. Read more

This was a great place for some yummy Filipino food. The restaurant itself was comfortable and casual. The service was friendly... and relatively quick. They have a short but interesting cocktail list. We got the lumpia, slaw, and shared the seafood stew andthe pork belly dish. That was more than enough for the two of us. Read more

How can you make filipino food look so beautiful? The food is absolutely gorgeous. It’s enriched with many flavours that makes... you feel at home. It’s not your usual mom, tita’s, lola’s or tito’s and lolo’s cooking. The interior makes you feellike you’re in vacation in Bohol. The chef and the servers were very kind and friendly. The area is a bit sketchy and hiddenin Queen st W. However, it’s very close to the lake where you can take a nice long walk after eating a big meal. It’s agreat place to go to if you’re craving authentic filipino food. Read more

This was my first meal out since restaurants were allowed to open again on the 31st and it did not disappoint! I’ve gotten... take out from them a few times so I knew their food was delicious and so my partner and I went for a date night here on Friday. We got the tasting menu, it was 89$ for two and it included SO MUCH food. If we were three, we would’ve finished everythingbut we had a few leftovers to enjoy for the next day! The chicken and the beef was so perfectly marinated and delicious andtheir lumpia is so crispy! The red snapper in the middle of the spread was also super tasty but I’m not the biggest fan offried fish. There was also 2 piles of garlic rice and a giant pile of noodles under the fish. The presentation was lovely and itdidn’t take too long ~approx 30mins?). Their calamantini drink is so yummy and sweet, I wish I got one for myself! I had apineapple juice for a drink since I was craving something sweet and non alcoholic. We ended the night with Turon for desert. Thecouple next us copied everything we ordered as they thought everything we got looked delicious!! The turon was sooo good, theice cream it came with was super creamy and paired so well with the fried jackfruit! I will definitely be coming back Read more
