I truly adore this place and have never stopped referring to my Vietnamese and non Vietnamese friends. When your Vietnamese... friends say « this is real Vietnamese food », you are at the right spot. The management is also very professional and takescare of every detail of your order, no matter how complicate you make it for them. I had 2 professional events 1 and 2 monthsago and we are still talking about it. As one who has travelled to Vietnam several times for work, I have developed a love of Vietnamese cuisine. I have to say that my... dinner at J'adore last night was hands down the best Vietnamese food I have since Vietnam - it's at least as good as what youwould get in Saigon or Hanoi. My new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Beaches! I've been here a couple of times and the food is amazing! I tried the... house special vermicelli and pork chop rice. The meats are nicely marinated, food is fresh, authentic, nicely presented, andportions are generous. I have come for lunch three times already. The food is outstanding! Rich flavours and generous portions. I love the Pho - great... broth. But I especially liked the Pad Thai - flavourful savoury sauce and noodles that didn?t make you feel heavy after eatingthem like some variations of this dish.
