Actually it is not Afghan cuisine deadline the name! It's Pakistani and Indian restaurant, but cuisines are so delicious and... spicy. We enjoyed the food and I recommend it. Some people may find them too spicy and chili. You can ask the chef to cook itsmoother. Read more
Food , taste and portions ..all amazing. Mouth lickering taste. A heaven for non veg lovers. Easy location. Neat & clean place... with some romantic songs played in background. The ambience is good. It's a family place too. To have fresh, tasty and the best, just make sure to keep patience. They are on job the fastest, but delicious food takes it's own time to be ready. We ordered - Chicken Biryani $9.99 - Garlic Naan $ 4.49 - Shahi Paneer $ 13.99 -Waziri Combo Gold $ 17.49 (absolute waste of... money) - Lentil Soup $ 2.99 The quality has significantly dropped since last time I orderd from them. As you can see in thepictures, Naans and Waziri barbeques are burnt on edges. Waziri was tasteless. Chicken Biryani was ok but not as good as it usedto be before. Shahi Paneer was good. Wow, EXTREMELY impressed with this place. Even though it?s called Kabul Express and implies Afghan cuisine, they also have a lot... of Pakistani/Indian cuisine. All was very high quality for a great price. There are 3 absolute must haves: 1. The fresh Naanand Lahori Kulcha are some of the best I?ve ever had. 2. Kebab Special was my favorite. It is an absolute must have. They putground beef or chicken kebabs in a sizzling gravy. Delicious! The other absolute must have is Shahi Paneer. It?s slightlydifferent from Butter Chicken was absolutely delicious. Tawa Keema (ground beef) and Lamb Keema are good. Butter Chicken alsovery impressive. Not oily and has a good spice to it. Lastly, Lahori Channa is also a great vegetarian option. All of it endswith a great chai! I also like the fact that they give you condiments on the side.
