Service was fast and friendly, but KFC chicken has gone way downhill. I haven't had it in a while so I'm not sure if it was just... this location or all of them. Asked for extra sauce on my zinger sandwich and I think they just dotted each side of the bun with some sauce.. could barely... tastes it.. asked for extra ketchup because they only gave me two packets.. the lady told me they ran out?? So Either I was liedtwo or whom ever got their orders between 6:30 pm until they closed had to enjoy their meal without ketchup.. really? N to topit off I got a poutine with cheese n next to now gravey.. the cheese did not melt.. what a waste of $23.. do not recommend thislocation at all.. pour service n food is cheaply given.. Worst customer service. I always get an attitude from everyone except one guy who is really nice. I can go to any KFC I won't go... back to this one. Also when they make a mistake, they shouldn't take the sauce off a chicken sandwich then use the same piece ofchicken when I wanted no sauce, then get sauce all over my bag and the outside of my wrappers. And then never give napkins. Theygive 7 ketchup when I have no fries but no napkins. I don't understand the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that goes onhere. Smile sometimes. Read more
Small pieces (Popeyes is bigger) and they never never never put any napkins, utensils or straws in take out bags. As if we are... animals when we eat. Worst location I ever been to. Not all operate like this. This location needs better management. Finallythey clean their oil more often that was something else, gross! Read more
I usually go to other nearby KFC locations, however, this was the only one open for pickup on the app at the time. Place was not... busy when I picked up my app order (Sunday night). That was the only 'good' thing I can say for this location. Bought twocombos and BOTH were missing fries. Chicken tenders were less than proper amount as well. Lesson learned, don't assume yourorder is correct...make sure to check it in the store! Chicken was ok, except for the extra salty taste. I'll pass on thislocation next time. Read more
The worst customer service, the coleslaw was so sour. The popcorn chicken and chicken tenders were not fresh. Also, the number... of flies was crazy!! I had to ask the cashier to clean the table. The table in the corner was full of flies. It takes a fewminutes to clean the tables. No attention to cleanliness. When the drive-thru and front cash is empty just wipe down the tables.With the amount of staff that was working nothing was done. Everyone stood around talking. I am not from this area but work around there and I can tell you they have the best customer service unless other KFC they will... give u 2 small chicken on Tuesday but because it?s small I got 3. Staffs are friendly. I wanted to sit and because kids on usingall the tables at the same time I went to sit and the little guy took his things off and I went and ask the cashier (Indianwoman ) for something to wipe the table she came out and clean it for me . Probably one of the best places that can actually make good KFC chicken. I only gave it a 3 because, the young lady at the drive... thru gave me the wrong amount of change and forgot some stuff in my order. I respectfully recommend more training, thanks. Read more
