Worst KFC service in the whole city. Dirty looks does not =good service
I find KFC at most location, and of recently this location, serve their chicken pieces way too small, it almost look like... nuggets. so you get a 8 pieces of chicken which is half the size of regular pieces. Loves the taste. hate what they arebecoming. One chicken should give you nine pieces. Now KFC serves you twenty pieces for one chicken... whould not recommend.to anyone.... Read more
Chicken and burgers are usually dry. A fly was found in one box of chicken and fries. Other than that it was average but not... worth spending $40. I feel that other locations may produce better quality like the Gerrard square Mall nearby although theycharge for refills while this one doesn't. Read more
The wait time is way to long , this location isn?t even busy . It?s fast food not slow food . Just concerned for the workers
Ate here a few times. Nice renovated space however this time the chicken was overly dry. Sadly I've noticed the side salads are... getting smaller and the taste not like it was before. KFC overall is not as good as it used to be. Read more
Idk know how should I start this, I have had many bad customers service experiences in Toronto, but this KFC location tops all... of them. I went there from so far to try there new plant based meal and ended up getting $32.00 worth of food, which includedtwo combos, I asked the guy to please give me a can because I have to carry the drinks a long way, they are not going to survivethe trip. He told us cans are only for deliveries and you can get bottle, but in order to get a bottle he will have to charge us$2 more. Here the fun part begins, instead of just taking $2 and giving us bottles instead of cups, he will have to refund theentire order and recharge us with a new order, and to get the refund it will take 4 days. He said he can?t just take the $2 itwill mess up his inventory. I have worked enough years in service industry and nobody makes a big deal about this kind of stuff,no restaurant will refund you and charge you twice just because you want a bottle instead of a cup. There restaurant wascompletely empty, and only had two staff members were and looked completely miserable. Instead of helping a customer thesepeople went to extreme lengths to make the ordering process super inconvenient. I told this guy to just cancel my order and justrefund me the money because whats the point? If you hate getting customers why even open? Just close down the restaurant or worksomewhere else why are you wasting your time and ruining restaurant owners business. Drove out of my way on my lunch break just for kfc to be extremely dissatisfied. Asked for extra spicy mayo did not receive any,... not only that they forgot to put lettuce on the sandwich. Unbelievable when the sandwich only has two toppings. Take out bagalso didn?t have any napkins or katchup. Read more
