Just walking by found this spot? and what a surprised!!! It was Easter Sunday, so, many places were closed for the holiday on... King West? we walked in around 3ish and they were still serving brunch. Our bartender (his name started with a T), he wasawesome and super friendly, so was Pedro! Such friendly staff! The food was great! We had some mimosas and tried a few spicymargaritas, so tasty! I will definitely be coming back!!! Read more

WOW! Everything was amazing. Came here for dinner on Tuesday and the place was almost packed around 8.00 pm . We got the oysters... (i guess it?s west coast oyster it looks like Kusshi oyster ) - squid ink Tagliatelle (one of the tastiest things on our table)- grilled salmon (perfectly cooked)- grilled octopus( it?s really salty for us overall it?s tasty tho) We can wait to go back totry more pastas and wagyu! Service was impressive even it?s busy. Read more

Stopped by before dinner somewhere else. Staff were fantastic even though we were there almost right as they opened. Oysters... were fresh, cocktails were simple and delicious Read more

Went here for with a few of my girlfriends for brunch and had a salad, which was really tasty! Had a yummy truffle flavour to... it. Drinks were good, had blood orange mimosa! Service was great, ambience was good. I will say though, I had to wear mywinter jacket throughout my meal. Very very very cold. Read more

The place that seems like a perfect place for a nice, quiet dinner after a long week that turns out to be a hidden nook in... between the busiest area in town with great food yet horrendous atmosphere. I honestly do not enjoy having to scream to a friendacross the table. Even when we asked to lower down the music it still felt like I was at a concert. All that to say: venison wasincredible and the oysters so fresh we ordered more. Gnocchi felt over cooked ? really chewy, and scallops not seared properly ?I felt the accent was more on the amounts of bacon rather than the seafood. Burrata is halved, not full, which isn?t clearlystated. A great take on beef tartare though! Would definitely order again. I?d also shine light on great wines and cocktails. Read more

Dinner at Laissez Faire was solid, but I wouldn?t say that it was especially innovative or special (despite its name, the menu... wasn?t quite wholly French). Everything was solidly cooked though, and it was delicious. For two, the portions were okay if youorder a couple of dishes. The atmosphere is a bit dim with the mood lighting, except for a few seats near the window overlookingKing Street. Our server was really friendly, but when we asked for his recommendations, he gave the old ?it depends on what youfeel like? (solidifying the view above). Read more
