Very friendly staff - kinda like a bunch of moms that want you to eat the food. It?s a Manchu Wok, so it?s fast food. The lady... there has been working at that chain forever and gotta give it to her that she still smiles every day. Read more
Horrible service and contaminated food. Was given attitude for not eating a free sample of breaded pork that the lady forced me... to take and then after I ordered she ripped it back out of my hand and pushed it back into the pile of cooked food stating "ifyoure not going to eat it someone else will, this is very popular". After seeing her hand go back into the food I could not eatmy order, nor will I ever go back. 0 star rating. Read more
I had a terrible experience, I know that closing you serve what u have, the chicken was completely dry, I told the staff that,... she started yelling at me and telling me that she is going to call security, which I laugh because I just wanted to change mychicken to fish. Security than came and basically didn?t do anything (both him and his manager), I later found out that the ladywas the manager and while I was talking to security about the situation she kept yelling and telling them that I am crazy, whichnow is making me mad, at this time I am so frustrated that i start crying still nothing is done. The manager tells me she isgoing to call 911 so I tell her to go ahead, this place is disrespectful and racist, and because I wasn?t dress a certain wayshe thought that I had no money!!!!! Please Manchu Wok educated your workers to be respectful and let them go to workshops todeal with customers. And the racist ignorant manager has got to go!!!!!!!!! Read more
