Nice ice cream with great customizations available, not to mention the great birthday offer
Worst staff ever. They hide in the back so it doesn?t even look like it?s open. Had to call the location to get them out. ... Didn?t clean the marble slab before mixing so tons of ice crystals and remnants of previous ice cream mixed in with mine. Ordered standard flavours and the guy didn?t even know how to make it. Ice cream was good, however not as much good as they charge for it. Their staff is too slow and seemed uninterested in serving... customers. And although we cleared right in the start that we want ice cream in cone, they didn't told us that they are short ofcone at that time. Afterwards gave us ice cream in cup, saying we didn't had the cone. Read more
I ordered a delivery of cotton candy ice-cream with cake chunks and sprinkles mixed in for my birthday. It came sealed properly... with a lid and a written birthday note, which I appreciated. However, my ice-cream was somewhat melted. I wish they had abetter packaging for keeping the ice-cream cold (ie. dry ice, ice pad). I recommend choosing priority if you must have itdelivered. Disappointed with their non dairy options, they had many more topping options before. The others enjoyed their ice cream. Pick your ice cream, get unlimited toppings, then they smash / mix it all together! Pretty basic but does the trick. $6 for a... small cone. They weigh out the ice cream to ensure it?s fair for everyone. Read more
Overall, great ice cream. Took off a star since the employee literally didn't mix my ice cream and toppings. She folded things... in on itself but it's so lumpy. The top half is all the toppings and the bottom half is all the ice cream... I am going to givethe benefit of the doubt and say that it was probably an employee that doesn't give a s**t, but unfortunately, after having gonemarble slab for so many years and never once having a bad ice cream, this was really, REALLY annoying to get. Kindly change your store hours or make sure you have employee working in your store. I have been waiting there more then 15 mins... in hopes someone to come back. But seems like there was no employee schedule for that hours. Read more
