Nice affordable pizza with pop. Overall enjoyed my pepperoni pizza, not bad for a price of 5.50.
Best pizza and veal sandwiches we've had yet! We found this little place in Kensington one day and decided to try a couple of... veal sandwiches. They were terrific, tasted great, large pieces, not dry, flavourful sauce, fresh bun. So we tried their pizzathe next day. It was also fantastic. The vegetables on it (green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes), tasted fresh, like you wereeating a salad. The sauce was flavourful (again), not salty, crust was excellent. Only ever had slices when walking around kensington but low key some of the best delivery pizza dt. the value cannot be beat -... portions are huge, ingredients are fresh and everything is made with care. NY style crust, tasty home made sauce and generoustoppings. their uber eats specials are amazing (1 lg 4 Topping, 2 drinks, 2 dips for 20).and the whole garlic bread with cheese(pictured here) was only 3.50. The pizza is good but not really good. Squeeky cheese, large pepperoni and huge slice of pizza for only $3.75. A really great... deal if you asked me but it's not as good as other pizza joint I've been to. I think it's their crust, it's not crunchy enoughand the crust itself doesn't have that much flavour but I'd still go back for the quick fix & cheap eats. Read more
After food hoping around a couple of places, we headed over to Mare Pizzeria to try out their pizza as it had great reviews... online. I looked through the window before going in and most people had a couple of slices and it was pretty busy so I had afeeling that this pizza joint would satisfy my pizza craving. A slice of Hawaiian was $4.25 and I thought.. Ok, not too bad..with tax, it's almost $5 (so I hope it's going to taste as good as the rating on Google). What I didn't know was that the pricelisted is tax inclusive and the "slice" was a gigantic piece - equivalent to 2 regular slices anywhere else I've been! Wow! (Seethe picture I posted) The crust was thin and crunchy and the sauce and toppings were so good together! THIS SHOP IS FABULOUS! Visually attractive to any customer, and the pizza is magnificent (including the panzerotti and... sandwiches!) Honestly, this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Owner is nice and caring, also the staff knows what they're doing! AWESOME.My favorite pizza place! Read more
Really bad honestly. Really disappointed with the fact that they tried to make it look like such a traditional italian place but... was run by thai immigrants that were running a thai restaurant right next door. If you want real italian/american pizza dontwaste your time here. The chicken wings were also very bad. Piece if advice for the restaurant: slice fresh onions long stylefor your toppings dont put old chopped onions on it just makes the pizza taste bad and please make better wings those arehorrible. Edit: i have nothing against thai immigrants or any immigrants for that matter. This country is made on immigrants. Imyself am an immigrant. Not intended to be racist in any way.
