I came here for a drive-thru. And the experience had been so scary due to how dirty and run down it was. The kind you would... expect murder would take place in a movie. The scariest sketchiest of McDonald's ever!! The menu board was so unappetizinglydisgusting They desperately need a reno! Service was extremely slow as well. It was the longest wait for my order and the stafflooked so unmotivated and unhappy! I said no Sprinkle Donut 4 times to correct her, still gave me Sprinkle Donut!! Cannotrecommend this McDonald?s. Went through the drive-thru, only 2 vehicles ahead of me and it was extremely slow. I finally got to the window to get my order... and then directed to pull over to park while my food was being prepared. After another long wait, my food was delivered to mycar. Read more
Horrible McDonald's location, don't even go here if you're desperate out of hunger or convenience. Management needs to step up... for this location for better service and reputation. Echoing the other reviews... Service is horrible; specifically, one ladythat "owned" the drive-thru and was telling all their coworkers what to do and everything was constantly wrong or negative. Evenwhen a TTC driver came in, one coworker had asked the driver "what would you like" a few minutes before and the same ladyswooped as if the heroine of the day and berated people around her saying that the driver has to be prioritized. Not polite totheir colleagues and the TTC driver fed her ego. Overall, it feels like everyone here is a mixture of new people, unorganized,service issues, and bottlenecks with the food workflow. There are no kiosks here which would have added to the chaos of anunorganized mess. Whoever is the manager here needs to step up and improve as this is one of the worse McDonald'sever. Otherwise, beverages were made slow (large iced coffee caramel) and dessert was very low in volume (regular oreoMcFlurry). Read more
I ordered 3 meals through door dash and the only edible items from the whole order we?re our soft drinks. 2 burgers with hard... and crusty buns. The fries actually weren?t that bad but I ordered a poutine and I guess they couldn?t make it or whatever thecase was but they just gave me a medium fries without even messaging or calling me to see if that would be okay, so essentiallyovercharged for fries I didn?t want. To top it all off my nuggets must?ve been at least 2 hours old. They were chewy and cold,which you could probably guess how they tasted. Anyway just wanted to complain because I spent $45 for 3 drinks and somemediocre fries. I don't eat at at McDonald's often and today I was reminded why. Nuggets were overcooked and dry, fires were freezing and tasted... like they had been sitting there all day and to top it off I asked for and paid for mayo and none. Needless to say completelydisappointed and won't return. Read more
Worst McDonald?s to go to. Workers are rude and do not take their time to make your food. When you ask for fresh fries they... still give you fries are not done well or are cold.
