Great place to get your grub on. Can get busy around lunch time, but they'll get to your order promptly. No issues with their... customer service. They just need to ensure that the tables and seats are constantly cleaned because people make a mess all thetime and don't have the common courtesy of cleaning up after themselves so they'll be crumbs and stains both on the table andaround the seats. Long lineup at Drive-thru as well as inside restaurant. The self serve kiosks were ALL completely out of service. Saturday July 8 tried another location since my last experience at dufferin/lawrence location only find this location worse. The... quality, service at McDonald's has gone down hill. Waited so long for my order then waited longer for my drinks. Employees arenot friendly and we get attitude when we ask where's my order where's my drinks.This location my grandson had an eggshell in hisegg McMuffin. There could have been more pieces but he wouldn't know to pull it out till he said he had something crunchy in hissandwich. Picture below. Long line up for the drive through. Fast service. Nice staff. Busy location. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. This is... also close to High park and lakeshore. It k Has parking and pick up for on line or mobile orders. In order to eliminate the longline up they accommodate the order and then deliver it to your parking spot. Read more
I went in for the free fries from Raptors. Fries were hot and fresh. My Dasani was cold and refreshing. Service was average,... they seemed busy and rushed so it's understandable. Their bathrooms were clean. I rate this McDonald's experience, okay. :) Read more
Been here multiple times and each time has been a huge let down. I?ve never been to a McDonald?s THIS BAD IN MY LIFE. Service... is always slow, I?ve had a staff (manager) be rude at me, and look at the ?eggs? from my breakfast; it?s like fossilizedovercooked excrement. I couldn?t even cut into it with a knife, that?s how solid and hard the eggs were. Your whole teamshould be ashamed of themselves, this place needs a huge management change.
