I bought two hot chocolates from this store today, but they were very cold. When I went to the operator to replace it, the... McDonald's manager slapped me with a very bad tone because of the cream inside, while there was a problem with their machinebecause I used to place this order in other places. I can say every day. For the second time and without cream, the hotchocolate was very cold. And after giving it to me, the manager started laughing with his staff about hot chocolate saying itwas cold. Would have served the purpose in which it was intended for if it actually put forth an effort to be more available when their in... need and not when they have to because of the initial moment or consequence they could face if they don't. The experience could be better, but the manager on duty and Asian woman with glasses is extremely rude and crispy, she yielded... and their staff and customers, yes she is rude. The rest of the employees are super nice and efficient. Read more
One of the worse locations in city. Very bad customer service, rude, and unprofessional. Can?t expect more from people working... long hours getting minimum paid at this busy location. Check your order on spot otherwise you may be surprised of missing items.Never felt dining in cleanliness is poor. Visited at noon today, it?s a Wednesday. Middle of the work week. The self serve order screen froze without any prompts, and no... indication of what the issue was. So I moved on to front counter to order. Service was fine but the chicken sandwich tasted oldand cold. The cookie was stale and without flavour.
