Me and my husband stopped for a dinner on an impulse after dropping the daughter at the university in the neighborhood. I am so... glad to share that the level of customer service was exceptionally good. The waitress Danae was very pleasant and the managerGeorge M. was very attentive to our feedback about the quality of the carrot cake. Horrible service and staff that didn’t seem to care that it look over 30 minutes for our drinks to come and over an hour for... our meals. We were a large group and when I asked what the status of our meals were after a 45 min wait, the waitress said thekitchen was backed up and they struggle with orders for groups. That didn’t explain the delay in drink orders. Tables aroundus that came in well after, got their food and were finished eating by the time ours came. When it did come it was cold and oneperson at our table didn’t get her meal at all. It finally came after all of us finished our cold meals. No apologies, nomanager came to explain! Never again will I eat at Milestones. It’s one thing to have issues with the service , it’sanother to be unapologetic about it. Read more
Bit busy during weekends. Staff is really good. Food quality and quantity is just okay. Not the best ones in town.
Awesome service from one of our own, first nations. I would go again. Next time in the T.dot So many blocks until we came up... here to the top level and relaxed on a Thursday evening Toronto is so pumping too during the week in the summer. I’d like to have a shout out to the staff who run this place- they made our experience exceptional. They were nice and... friendly, open to helping us and served delicious food . We also had a good chat with them. I don’t remember her name, but thewaitress made (I think she had blonde hair) our experience great . Might come back again! Read more
Went on a busy Friday evening, but our server Kavin went over and beyong to take care of us. Food still came out hot and quick,... and even granted special requests. Will definitely be back. Read more
Been a while since I've been to a Milestone's. Not sure if they changed the menu or ingredients but tastes a bit different than... pre-COVID. The apps were alright but the main dishes were a bit disappointing. The bellini is also probably the best drink, theother drinks are alright. There was also a bit of miscommunication with the server with our order. Overall, nice atmosphere, anda lot nicer in the summer on the patio for happy hour. Read more
I don’t often post reviews for restaurants but I had to this time, for our lovely server. I am probably butchering his name,... but I think something like Ajit (sorry if that’s wrong!!) Anyway, he was one of the best servers I’ve had in quite awhile.Friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be.
