Went and grabbed a foot long sub and got extra cheese with it. The making of the sub got interrupted a couple times as the... cashier needed to deal with take out orders. Was charged for a sub w/o extra cheese, as the cashier was handed me my sub, and Iwas ready to leave, she said she needed to charge me the 1.88$ worth of extra cheese because she forgot to do soinitially... The bread and ingredients are better than their main competitor (you know who). Particularly the seafood sub which has the... perfect ratio of fish and mayo. Price is fair. Read more
Visited recently and the service was OK. Have been a regular Mr. Sub customer in Toronto and Montreal going back to the early... 70's (remember $1.90 for a Super Sub?) and my only complaint is the use of red onions. Red onions do NOT belong on a sandwich asthey have an underlying oily and acidic taste to them. I miss having onions on my subs. Please go back to the sweet white onionsof the past. Read more
Food is fine, but I wish the person making my sub changed her gloves after touching the phone screen and other commonly touched... surfaces like door handles. Not to mention food cross contamination. Read more
The lettuce didn't look fresh. And above all, the staff was really the worst. She didn't even look at me and her attitude was so... unkind. It's the worst service I've ever experienced. Her attitude has offended me so much that I never want to go there again.Not only that, I would never recommend there to anyone else. If she's not the owner, the owner should cut her off right away.
