Don't place you're order online trust me. I did, paid, got the email etc. I went to pick it up to be told their machine doesn't... work so they didn't get the order. I asked if they could make it right there and a several minute argument ensued, with me beingtold repeatedly to call up the company to cancel the order and get a refund. Apparently they had no way to see if the paymentwent through even though i had proof and was holding it up for them to see. The woman was very rude to me. Eventually they gaveup and made my order. I know right, leaving a review for a fast food joint. Who has time for that. But I have to do this. I bought a burrito from this... place yesterday evening. The cashier was the server for me. To put in the nicest words she was clumsy, she was making theburrito as if she?s doing some kind of a favour to me. I get it you are probably in school and it?s Sunday evening so you arejust trying to get by but you are at work it?s your responsibility to provide good customer service, you aren?t giving it forfree. I like how they had vegan options (for cheese and meat) but overall the food doesn?t taste very good. Customer service is also... lacking/the workers have attitude. My rating is only about the food itself: I ordered a burrito bowl which was more of a bowl of rice with no toppings on it. Got a... combo with a cookie and drink and with tax came to ~$18 which is a little overpriced in my opinion. The photo shown is after Iate mostly forkfuls of rice. Read more
