The food is pretty good. Small, focused menu. Very small restaurant that's busy with take out orders. All vegan. Khao soi is... spicy, curry spring rolls are unique. Read more

Every single dish is a work of art! Delicious food with the most incredible flavours. The menu changes monthly, and features... fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is perfectly executed. Every time I visit Toronto, Mugi is the highlight of my trip ? Iwould fly to Toronto just to eat here. This tiny hole-in-the-wall may be the best restaurant in the world. Read more

MUST TRY! We ordered the Khao Soi ($15 with rice noodle) and the Tom Yum stir fry ($15 with sweet potato noodle) and both were... packed with flavour and so delicious. They were both a bit spicy which we loved. It's definitely a hole in the wall and youmight miss it if you're not actively looking for it - but you will not regret trying this place!! Sooo much tastier than theother overrated Thai places in Toronto Read more

This is a hidden gem that my boyfriend and I happily stumbled upon. The food and atmosphere felt so authentic; like I stepped... out of Toronto and into another country. We ordered the Tom Kha Soup, Tom Yum Stir Fry Noodle and Khao Niew Bing for dessert -all were fantastic. Filled with flavour, textures, and fresh ingredients with fragrant herbs. Highly recommend to anyone in thearea who?s looking for something different from the typical Thai restaurant experience in Toronto. The cherry on top is thattheir whole menu is plant based and the restaurant is eco conscious. We will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes- we overheard nothing but rave reviews from all the customers in store. Read more

We loved Mugi!! They offer a highly unique and diverse menu and their service is super friendly and satisfying. We tried the... Hang Leh jackfruit curry, Khao Soi noodles and taro donuts, all of which were very delicious! In addition, when we wereenquiring about a kind of banana-looking fruit they had on display, the staff explained very patiently and gave us two to taste! Read more
