Dishonest, shady and overall terrible customer service. Lines are always long and slow. Expect to wait a minimum of 30... minutes. I recently came a day before Black Friday and asked if there would be any sales or deals so I know if I should returnthe next day to purchase. They lied and said no. I come to this location to buy my pods every several months and every time I come, I'm unimpressed. Customer service can be... improved. So many of the staff have such a flat affection, no one is very enthusiastic or forthcoming to help. They areadequately staffed but customers are not a first priority. They see there is a line up but they continue to do their own sidetask whether it be a conversation with each other or fixing boxes in the back corner. Read more

This location has a massive mold issue they refuse to deal with and they are making the staff work in it. Its run by... incompetent managers, regional managers and hr who covered up a workplace harassment complaint from 6 employees. Workers getthier pay with held regularly with no explanation. They force you to work in unsafe areas of the stock room that they over packwith product and dont clean properly so the stock room is infested with fruit flies and mouse droppings. By far the best Nespresso team! I have been here a few times and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They took time... asking questions and tailoring capsules based on my preferences. Occasionally the wait time may be a bit longer for sevice butI rather wait a bit knowing that they are taking the time giving their best customer service. I have gone to Cumberlandlocation way more times and I would indicate that I only received good customer service once. Cumberland is closer to home butmoving forward will go to Hudson Bay location on Yonge St. Thank you again ladies!! Read more
