The guy at the counter is really slow like he doesn?t want to work

This evening my husband and I decided to make a trip the Dufferin Mall location to grab a poutine. We walked up around 7:55... (this location closes at 9:00 pm.) - we walked up to the counter we waited while we watched a young man sit on a crate on hisphone. My husband interrupted him to take our order. We asked to order a Large Poutine. At this time he advised us we couldonly an order a small or medium - so we ordered a medium. While he was cooking the fries I noticed a large fry container - Iasked him if we could please have a large. He then advised me that they do not sell large fries at this time at night. Thisseemed a bit odd - so I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. He went into the back to discuss it with someoneand then another team member appeared. He reiterated they do not serve large fries this late because they take 45 minutes tocook and they are closing in an hour. My husband asked what would happen if we ordered 2 medium poutines - the gentleman saidwe could do that. Now on a logical level this doesn't make much senses as a large poutine is 744g but 2 medium poutines wouldbe 1,130g. I asked him his name and he told me it was Nelson Mandela. I told him probably not the best thing to do and askedfor a refund. He advised he would be calling security because he felt threatened. I asked him to refund us and we would leave. They refunded us with cash even though we paid by credit card. Honestly a disappointing experience where it appears a companywanted us to purchase 2 items vs 1 item and then have someone have a blatant disregard. Bad customer service, no skill and rude with the customer, i usually buy the food here, yesterday i was there buy lot of... things, I not even can carry my food, i ask the plastic bags, he said to me?no bags ?!
