Amazing food. Best noodles I have had since I was last in Beijing. Hand pulled, fresh and amazing ingredients! Amazing customer... service and very friendly staff: what more could you ask for? We had the cold noodle dishes and a side of spring rolls and abeef flat (beef pancake). Delicious. Refreshing and healthy. Perfect for a summers day! I recently learned of this place and was blown away by the great noodle soups. I went there 2 days in a row! BBQ chicken and the... Beef Brisket, really awesome. This spot took the lead as my favorite noodles in the city. All the cold noodle options are tasty and fresh with bright... flavours. My favorite soup is the beef brisket. The beef is very tender and flavourful and the broth is perfectly seasoned.Regardless of what dish you order the star of the show here is their hand pulled noodles, there is really no comparison. I have been waiting a long time to dine in at this restaurant. I ordered the beef brisket soup. It was not spicy at all and not... very rich and flavourful. However the original noodle soup was very good. The hand pulled noodles are perfect texture andflavour. We also had the popcorn chicken which was very good juicy and flavourful. As well as the meat flat. Which was okay butnot amazing. The side dishes were served in take out container which was a bit strange. I wish the place was more inviting todine and eat in. However 2 of the 4 tables were used for staff making food and storage. Read more
