If you want to go to an aesthetic cafe with good coffee, this is the place. The atmosphere was so fresh and the coffee is so... good, 10/10 for the Chai latte ???? Read more

It?s really delicious. The smoothies are soo creamy and yummy, like ice cream. My favorite is the chocolate but the vanilla is... also to die for. They make their own nut milks and know how to get the smoothies super smooth and luscious, unlike some otherspots that leave nut based shakes grainy. It is so tempting, I have to resist getting one every time I work out at S&T! Prettyhigh calories though, I think of the smoothies as a meal replacement (>500cal) though they?re not as filling. Downsides: It?sdefinitely a little overpriced, I always get a small shock when I see the bill/credit card statements. Its around $17 for aregular smallish smoothie, almost $5 for a 2-bite square. I?m waiting for them to have calorie/nutrition facts for all theiritems! Would make choosing what to get for health conscious people a lot easier. They only have it for select items and it?s notpublished. Read more

Nutbar is inside of Sweat and Tonic. I hate to say this but it?s rather overpriced. With that said, it?s hard not to cave in... after a workout and/or if you want to do remote work afterwards in their beautiful cafe or their lounge area upstairs. You?repaying fir the vibe and the upsell is also that they make their own nut milk. Definitely worth a try! Read more
