I have GOT to stop giving places 2nd and 3rd chances..... This place never fails to disappoint. This is my 3rd, maybe 4th but... definitely LAST time coming here. Their beef is garbage! The GRIT is every other bite and half of my meal is spit out onto oneside of my container. Tried their 'beef on sticks ' this time thinking the meat would be smaller pieces than in the shwarma andeasier to chew but I was WRONG. It should be illegal to serve meat of this low grade. In the National Shawerma Day, there was a discount prices on selected items, we tried Osmow's shawerma and falafel wraps for the... first time. Both were yummy. We enjoyed the tasty blended chicken shawerma with sauces and spices. But the falafel wraps were sospicy that we were not able to finish and especially the kids. Also we gave the chicken shawerma on rocks ( i.e. rice ) a try,and it was so nice. I think that the rice is blended with sauce that made it delicious. I personally love Osmow's but this particular branch was very disappointing. I got falafel platter and everything about it was... completely off. First off the person at the counter just already loaded my box with food, didn't even ask me if I neededanything else or not, he only responded when I went ahead & asked him. I understand that they were busy but the least they cando is check with the customer once. Then came the food where the falafel was raw inside (but then when I told the staff theyreplaced it). Then when I went ahead & tasted the rice it was undercooked, I couldn't even eat it. I made sure that I dint tellthis in front of the other customers & told a staff personally. But then he came back & told me that the rice is fine, hechecked it & that the other customers were eating it, but then he dint even have a look at my platter. I guess I was theunfortunate hungry customer who had to pay 15$ and not get a good Osmow's experience plus waste food coz I wasn't able to eatit. Read more

Worst Osmows ever I visited in my life . Never ever try this location. Don?t even know how to make wrap. They charge you high... price with low quantity of food . Try different location except this. You will know the difference! Read more
The place is great, and I didn?t had problems with it until my visit today. It was my third time at Osmow?s, two times before it... I was happy with the service and food. I work nearby that?s why this place is a great place for me to grab my lunch. Today,however, what happened - changed my mind. First of all, from 6 team members who were working, only two of them they wearingtheir masks properly. It?s absolutely unacceptable. Second, being the only customer in the store, I still was waiting for mywrap for almost 15 minutes, because staff was too busy talking between each other. Third, I specifically said that I don?t wanthot peppers and turnips in my wrap. As soon as I bite into it, what do I see? Hot peppers. This is ridiculous. Clearly yourstaff doesn?t care about their customers, their wishes or their safety. So why would I spent money in the place like this? Yeah,I am not coming back, at least at this location. You need seriously improve your customer service skills. Update: I came backafter I got a reply to see if anything actually changed and I was pleasantly surprised. Good location, tasty meals and if you ask for spicy.. it is really spicy! Went for the shawarma day specials, didn't disappoint.... I wish they always had smaller portions like this for 5 dollars! Read more
Ive come here on many occasions, usually for take out. The staff are always friendly and help you decide what you want (rox,... sticks, mix, etc). They've got one hot sauce but the levels is how much they put on your food. It is very spicy!!! They've alsogot vegan sauces and vegetarian menu items which are really good! Read more
