Perhaps you SHOULD take... into consideration the negative reviews, that?s how you improve and ensure same mistakes will not be made to future customers. This is thefirst time I get my Chicken on the Rocks looking so dry - it barely had any sauces added. Sadly the sauce is a major part ofwhat makes this dish. Apart from the lack of garlic & tahini sauce, chicken looked dry and overcooked. 2. Smell: 3/5 ??Extremely mild smell of garlic sauce and spices. 3. Taste: 3/5 ?? Rice - Signature rice was flavourful, just as I remember it.Sauce - I barely got any sauce on my dish, very disappointing. Chicken - it tasted over cooked and dry , like it was cooked toolong and then the crispy burnt edge pieces were trimmed straight into the dish. 4. Texture: 2/5 ?? I enjoyed the rice, it wasperfect. Exceptional flavour in the chicken shawarma (small). It contains moist pieces of chicken in a toasted wrap. You choose your... veggies and sauces prior to the assembly. If you order hot sauce as well as the Osmow?s signature sauce, you will be blessed!While my eyes were not watering, I had just enough water on hand to enjoy my wrap and fries. No regrets! Food is great. Clean environment. Only complaint is that food maker does a lot of cross contamination. Having gloves on doesn?t... mean you can touch cash, cashier machine, monitor, your mask, tablets, beef, chicken then bread. It?s not sanitary. Person thatmakes food should either just make food or at least change gloves. Having gloves on the entire shift is not ideal. Read more

Fast and friendly service. The food was great! The up-size for wraps makes it humongous (12" wrap) and I find it more worth the... money than a 12" subway sandwich, for example. One of our wraps was the beyond meat one and it was great. Will be coming again. Read more
