First visit here after walking past many times. Food and service was pretty good. Could use some amping up of flavours. The... patio is excellent (minus the wasps). I'd like to see more local offerings of beer and cider. Pretty limited, generic bar railtype of beers available. Read more

This place has a really cute patio and the servers are super nice. The food on the other hand was a different story. I ordered a... cocktail that didn’t come with any ice and had to ask. My onion soup came with a cremated piece of bread and a truckload ofsalt. Tacos literally had deep fried oily chicken with tostidos sauce. Read more

Meh. Got order wrong. Taste was okay. Fries were good at least. Quantity was small and presentation was non existent. Seemed... like most staff were pretty new. Not sure what's going on at this place, but it felt like I ate some home cooked meal that wasput together by back when I was in college. Very confused how this place is on Queen E and survived this far. Maybe newownership now? Read more

The best part of this place is the patio… I was surprised to find it without a wait time on a Sunday morning. But maybe it’s... because the quality of food and service has changed recently. Not sure if this place had a change of management but the serviceused to be better. The food was meh… not the reason for a visit but certainly eatable. Good place to sit and drink a fewciders for sure! The Caesar was a little clumsy, the rim crust looked like it was done without any intent. The French toastwas a little dry and the skimpy maple syrup portion didn’t help… Again the location and the patio makes it worthwhile andhopefully as the summer time flies by the seasonal staff will become better at their tradecraft. The food was ok, not bad by any means but also not unique enough to justify a return. Everything was as discribed but just... tasted flat. We were there at 3, it was not busy, and service was super slow. Read more

Have you ever had one of those mornings when you want something yummy and you’re in need of a seriously well-crafted Caesar? I... highly recommend you take a seat at the bar and watch the mixologist at work. One of the best Caesars I’ve ever had! Then myfriend and I decided to have coconut shrimp and the open faced lobster grilled cheese. My mouth was in heaven. No word of a lie.It was my first lobster grilled cheese ever! I can’t stop thinking about it was so good. You’ve got to try this! Read more

Terrific spot! Pretty solid food. Great beers on tap and the staff is lovely. Makes you feel like a real local bar. Lots of room... and they keep the kitchen open until 10 which is nice for this neighbourhood. Definitely will be back and would recommend. Read more
