This is a dream of a family-owned sandwich shop. Superior quality ingredients, everything prepared in front of you, and very... friendly people. The food is excellent. It is mostly for take away but there are one or two picnic tables in front of theshop. Excellent veal sandwiches, very meaty and such a delicious sauce. Really like the bun they serve it on, fluffy and not dry. If... you get the chance to try their baked goods I'd definitely recommend it. I really wanted to enjoy my first experience and the food here. This was my first and last time here. I found the older cook... really rude and said some really outlandish, out of pocket comments during my ordering process. The customer service on his partis really not there and he doesn?t create an inviting experience for customers. Marcus was nice and noticed how uncomfortable Iwas with the cook, and took over our order which appreciated. But that experience alone made it very hard to even eat and enjoythe sandwich I ordered. The owner is very nice , personable and great sense of humour. The young lady that worked the cash was also very friendly and... helpful . Initially was very excited to try this place based on many great reviews here. But, after trying the eggplant sandwich, I was... extremely disappointed. This the real deal Italian sandwich shop! I had a breaded chicken sandwich with peppers and mushrooms on a proper bun with a... nice crust. The gentleman preparing the chicken for my sandwich convinced me to have the hot sauce with it. I've got to say,this was an excellent Italian sandwich, made to order in an authentic old school typed shop. I finished off the meal with a nicehomemade cookie and washed it all down with a Brio.
