Told to stop here by a friend from New York...they are now my best friend thanks to this experience. Jalapeños & honey sandwich... was as big as your head and quite tasty. My wife said the banana pudding was the best she's had...and that's saying a lot. Thatwomen knows a good dessert when she sees one. Do you want a greasy piece of frighteningly large chicken, deep fried until crispy and the slapped between two buns with some... slaw and pickles to top it all off? Honestly, who wouldn?t? I had one of the best fried chicken sandwiches in my life from this place. The chicken was so juicy on the incident, crunchy on... the outside, and the spice level was just right. I want to go there again very soon to try the chicken pieces as well. Update:the chicken pieces were also fantastic. Also the fried pickles. Ordered popcorn chicken which was really tasty! The hot sauce was super tasty, not sure if it's ordered or house-made but I'd... order a bottle for myself if I could! The batter isn't fluffy and flaky like other fast food fried chicken, but it's got a nicecrunch and is delicious in it's own way. None of my chicken had the chewy tendon bits so that was a big plus! Tried the classic and man.. it was really good. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Couldn't get a full picture of it... cause they pack a lot and there was no way to take it out without a table (was eating on the go) but the sauce, the portion ofthe fried chicken and the veggies was amazing. Ordered from them on Uber Eats today. Horrible!! If you are craving good food, this is definitely not it. The potato salad was... disgusting. It was nothing close to potato salad. We couldn't eat it, we threw it out. The overwhelming taste of cumin wasgross. The price we paid was way too much for the food we got. I saw some reviews that the fries were freshly cut, well,we gotcrinkle fries straight out of the bag. They say large sides and pretty much they give you tiny little containers. It doesn'tlook like they put much effort into anything. Everything about it just tastes odd or they put too much cumin. If there is aPopeyes around, go there. Read more
