Went with my dad and brother and asked for the large deal with a 5$ medium pizza. we asked for a chicken Caesar medium pizza... because we dont know what that is. She then added a 7 dollar pizza. We told her in the kindest manner that we want the 5 dollardeal. She then said she will not serve us because we do not know how to order. we told her that we wanted the $5 pizza deal butshe failed to understand. We asked what toppings we can add and she said ?Im not gonna tell you any toppings read it yourself.? She called the police and made us get out the store. We just picked up pizza this location. One of the pizza was half cooked. I called and the manager was extremely rude to me. Worst service by an employee named Abhijeet. I went in store at 11.20pm to order my pizza he said we are closed . When i asked... him that i am able to place an order online he said then we will have to make it. Pizza is fire, service is ok. Could be better, to be honest. But I find this happens with many big brand fast food restaurants,... they get sloppy with service. Pizza hut is still delicious though. 4 stars. Read more
Do NOT order from here!!.. Horrible experience dealing with the manager (Shania) on duty at this location about a delivery. I... waited over an hour for a delivery and when i called to see what happened with my order they said the phone number "I" providedwas wrong and they could not reach me for the delivery and canceled the order. I definitely did not provide the wrong phonenumber seeing as I've had the same one for 10 years.. And even though, I was under the impression that phone numbers wereprovided when calling through the system? Anyways, when I called to talk to someone about the order and what could be done,seeing as this mistake was on their part, the manager rudely said there was nothing she could do other then send a new pizza(which would take another hour) She continued to interrupt me and speak over me as I was asking about policy on incidents thathappen similar to this one. There was no ownership from the manager on the mistake her team did and she was extremely rude anddismissive. I recommend you DO NOT order here. I asked them to make well done pizza and they burned it. In the deal of the day options i just requested them to replace green... pepper with green olives, the current staff said NO, i have been ordering from last 4 years from this store and have got asingle topping replaces always, the previous staff always helped me. The worst experience ever. I found a white hair in pizza and called restaurant November 10th 2:20pm. A woman named sasha? Idk... she talked to me very annoyingly and never apologized for what happened and said, ?I?m not working here so I don?t need toapologize?. What do you mean by that?
