If I could give this store zero stars I would--this was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Last night I ordered a large... Canadian with stuffed crust and what I received instead was a large disappointment. There was practically no cheese in thecrust, it was basically a hollow tube, and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Some bites I couldn't taste it at all. Arethey out of supplies or something? I selected regular for the sauce, but I guess regular to pizza hut is a teaspoon's amount. Iwish I was finished, but I'm not. The crust as a whole was not only floppy and greasy, but tough to chew. It was like eatingleather. This may explain why the pizza was barely cut and we had to tear the pieces apart -- their pizza cutters were simplytoo dull for a crust so bizarrely durable it could be used as a building material. As the pizza would flop and hang limp, thelayer of cheese and toppings on top would separate from the crust due, I guess, to the lack of sauce keeping the slice cohesive.It was as though they cooked the dough separate to the cheese, then just tossed the layer of melted cheese onto the saucelessbase. Anything would be preferable to this pizza. Pizza pizza, dominoes, pizzaiolo, hell even picking through the garbage forpizza in a papa johns dumpster would be a better choice than pizza hut. I will never ever ever order pizza hut again. That theycould find a way to make something so wondrous as pizza so terrible is truly a testament to the depths of incompetence man cansink. Read more
Eat here 1-2 times A month. Food is always hot and fresh. Topping amounts are on the skimpy side so that?s annoying and to have... to remind them when I place the order. Read more
I ordered a delivery about 5 times from the same location on 861 York Mills Rd #5, Toronto, ON M3B 1Y4. Sometimes I would get... very few toppings like pinch on the multiple pizza's I would order. But I hate complaining about food. In the last delivery, Iordered a Supreme Meat Lover without swine, & I received only two slices out of the whole Panormous Pizza with the toppings. Therest of the slices on the Panormous Pizza had fragments of toppings. I've took photos. Either the person making the pizza iscareless or does not enjoy making pizza or both. Pizza seems ready made. Not given the option to customize pizza if it's a deal you're placing online. Pizza was way undercooked... raw in the middle and soggy on the bottom. There was way too much gluey cheese.Pizza was bland and just salty. Read more
