DON?T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION They are reheating pizzas and delivering it to the customers. Calling them.. they will take you... hours and they will deliberately keep you on hold. I am a pizza hut fan but the pizza I received after waiting for an hour isridiculous.. Bad quality and and the toppings are dry which proves they reheated it. This location is exactly 850 meters awayfrom my house. Please take actions against this kind of practice. Read more
Just got back home and upon opening the pizza, basically half was burnt. No clue how they didn?t notice when they first took it... out. Been to other locations before and never had this issue. Read more
Check your pizza before leaving the store. I went into this location and upon receiving the pizza at the store (cashier dropped... it off on the table and ran away. I opened it up and saw a slice missing. I asked to speak to the manager, they looked at melike there is nothing wrong. I immediately called pizza hut. Never coming here again. I rarely write reviews but this one was a must. Worst location and even brutal service. I ordered $66 worth of pizza to pickup... at this location. My kids were hungry and looking forward to eating dinner. Upon pickup they did not open the pizza to ensure Iwas satisfied. I brought it home only to see the pizzas both crispy, hard and burnt, to the point that we could not eat it andenjoy it. I called and got a run around from the manager?? Claiming that it was ?impossible? for both pizzas to be crispy andburnt (see photo) and you be the judge. His offer was unacceptable and unreasonable. I will never order Pizza Hut again. Variousother pizza restaurants have much superior service and always work with the customer to ensure they come back. Read more
For all lovers of pizza with pineapple ????. It was my first experience ordering from Pizza Hut. I have heard a lot of good... reviews before but have never tried. As a lover of Hawaiian pizza , I decided to start from it. The first bite let me know thatthis is what I was waiting for a long time. The dough was so tasty and puffy , the pizza itself tasted really good. And eventhough I didn?t order extra cheese, I felt like I had more cheese on this pizza than from pizza pizza . 6 pieces was absolutelyenough to fulfill myself for more than half of the day. I recommend to try it out. I am giving 4 starts just because my pizzawas already getting cold when I picked it up . But overall, I had a nice experience with Pizza Hut ???????? Read more
This is my second terrible Pizza Hut experience in a row. After my last order, Pizza Hut gave me store credit that we decided to... use - we had just moved and were exhausted, thinking why not since we had credit. The manager argued it couldn't be used, andwhen I accepted this, he called back saying he will apply the credit. When we got our order, it must've been the worst pizzawe've ever seen and had. We ordered thin crust, but it was as thin as paper. The pizza was clearly overdone and looked like ithad been sitting out all day. When I called the store frustrated, the manager argued the pizza was perfect and refused toacknowledge we received a terrible order. I have been buying pizza from this location every week for past 3 months. Surprise me there was a lot not good reviews, by my... experience until today, everything is getting improved including cooking time,amount of topping, kindly staffs... I leave the 5stars for this location today, mostly because of the hard workers,I often saw them work alone (daytime), taking phone calls andcooking pizza and cashier..
