Order from another location if possible. Terrible experience, I made an order. When the estimated time had passed and I called... them to ask, they said, "we'll start now, it'll take 30 minutes, we've been busy since this morning". I said, don't worry, justcancel it. She goes, "are you sure? It's on the way." LOL. I started laughing, how can someone be such a bad liar. Anotherfranchise that guarantees time would be 100% better. Read more
While I lay on my bathroom floor no more than 15mins after eating a few slices of pizza from this location. I will spare... everyone the symptoms I?m experiencing and just say I?m quite physically ill. I would think twice about ordering from thisrestaurant. Read more
Absolute nightmare. Order from anywhere but here. Took an hour and a half before my order even showed up. I refused the order at... this point because they had already lied to me multiple times to tell me the order was on its way or almost here. Then screenedmy calls afterwards and sent them to the call center where the6 had no idea what was going on. I called from my wife's phone andthey picked up right away. Very funny situation)) I put order in 4.48 pm, buy one get free. Order came by 5.29 pm and I get call at 5.30 pm regarding that.... They rejected to provide order free , even though timeframe is 30-40 minutes for delivery). I paid, but I was against. I followed up with manager of the store as well as with customer service. I found this ridiculous because my order havent meettimeframe. I amn't consider after that Pizza Hut as top pizza restaurant, they can get money for this order for sure. Extremely Fast Delivery. Doesn't matter the day or the time or the weather, they'll get to you fast. I once I had the pizza... delivered in only 20 minutes, and I'm not even that close to the restaraunt. Always hot, always high quality. Read more
