Consistently good pizza that for a chain is actually flavorful and enjoyable. Better than that ?double pizza in its name? chain... for sure with a far better dough and therefore better crust. It's an unassuming storefront. It's for picking up pizza to go. A few tables and chairs if you want to eat a slice in. Staff are... fine. Pizza is quite good. Probably the best tasting of the takeout/delivery chains. More expensive than others but you get whatyou pay for. I order ahead online and pick up and my order has always been made promptly and correctly. I think the delivery feeis between $3 and $4. If you live nearby, much better to pick up and save the dough (pizza pun). No reason to give them anythingless than a full five stars. It's great for what it is: mainstream delivery pizza. Read more
I don't often eat at Pizza Nova but I was in the mood for a Panzaroti and I was pleasantly surprised. I was offered the choice... of fried or baked and I chose the baked option. Store was clean and had a variety of seating options. I enjoyed my food andwould return again. Read more
So yesterday through Ritual( an app to order and pick to skip the lines). I ordered a Pollo(chicken) specialty pizza -17$ and... some cents. I wanted a pepperoni pizza and couldn't opt for that on the Ritual site - so i ordered a chicken pizza - which isway more expensive than a pepperoni as it has more toppings. I wanted to change it so my husband went in and changed it to apepperoni pizza and they still charged us what they would have for the chicken pizza when I know there are large specials -clearly indicated on their website. I dislike lying dishonest businesses. Unkess they refund my money - whatever the difference( for me its the fact that they k ew they were stealing from my husband!) . Although the pizza is good id never order from hereagain. We dont order from thieves. We will be back to get our money back and see rectification for your mistake. We paid 17.80for a large pepperoni pizza. Picture of the actual price below.? ** the place redeemed themselves and gave us a free pollopizza. I do love their pizza. We also grabbed 2 medium pizzas yesterday May 14th to support charity. 4.25 for euther a cheese orpepperoni pizza. We got 2 for 10$!! Super impressed- quality was good too. The pizza was delicious and it was ready very fast. They have a few offers. The employees helped us by explaining the specials.
Terrible customer service. Went for ?create your own pizza? option,the cashier asked me about 3 times about all the... ingredients. Simply couldn?t respond to my question about pizza size (seriously?) Waiting time supposed to be 20 min,but I waswaiting more that half an hour (I?d have to wait another hour if I ordered something else???????????) When I asked the workerwhy they take so long,he said ?you can take your money back? with such a mean face,oh wow. Dirty tables,not mopped floor,breadcrumbs on countertops-this place is unbelievable. But the customer service disappointed me the most. What can I say,pizza itselfwas good,except they didn?t put olives as I asked. I was there today(Saturday). There was a gentelman who took the money, put it in the register, wipe his hand to his apron and... return to make another pizza without washing his hand. I don'texpect much from a pick-up pizza store but this was showing thatthe manager/owner doesn't realy care about it, scheduling one person on a slow day so he/she can maximize his/her profit.
