Disappointing service. The angry guy who work tonight (oct 12, 2022) we ordered pizza for pick up 11-ish before they close. It... was raining and we tried to walk fast to pick up the order. We arrived there before their closing time (12 am) and he welcome usby the very angry face and bad attitude. I've been eating Pizza Nova Pizza for atleast 8 years so when I ordered a pizza from Pizza Nova at 365 Front st West in Toronto... and the pie tasted off, I went to the person in charge to privately and quietly let them know. The pizza tasted like maybe acleaning chemical or something similar had fallen into the pizza and it really burned my throat. Since, I'm pretty familiarwith the quality to expect from this franchise, I spoke with the person at the front who brought out the final-boss-guy and Iexplained the above to him so nobody else would have this experience or get sick, but his attitude left me shocked. He told methat despite burning my throat or whatever the pizza contained, he would not refund the purchase price or make a new pizzabecause they "would go bankrupt if they had to give everybody their $ back". He was really rude and some of the other customerswho were present in the store commented about this as well. When I called the pizza nova number and spoke with a rep who calledthe final-boss-guy on the phone to discuss, he returned to the front, took my pizza and threw it in the garbage infront of me.He seemed unwell and really agitated so I left, no pizza, no refund. I felt the girl at the counter tonight was rude. In a customer facing job you should mind your attitude and expressions. Maybe... she had a long day. The pizza was not heated properly either. Compared to this the location at Mount Pleasant Road near Yongeand Eglinton is far better managed and the food is fresh. Read more
I can't believe I'm writing this. I've been eating Nova my entire life. This store gives pizza nova a bad name. You guys need to... learn how to make pizza. I've never had such a bad pizza from a pizza nova. Read more
It was not the best pizza let me tell you that ! should?ve had gone to dominos. I wanted to try something different worst... experience Ever! I ordered A large pizza online for pick up. Don?t get me wrong staff is nice and okay ,when I get there I havethe brilliant Idea to add chicken pollini!!!!!!! what a mistake I get to my spot I find a long thick black hair in my bites mixin with the sauce. I know the hair didn?t belong to the Chinese men. Since they had no long hair but the Indian guy who cameafter and prep my bites awful !!!! Read more
Basic pizza experience. The pizza was not the freshest and the access to the restaurant is not the greatest, if your driving.... The parking is very tricky for timing out front, so pay attention to the signs. I almost got a ticket because of this detail.Lucky for me, I was in and out fast enough. With 2 other pizza options across the street, I may try a different one next time.Sorry Pizza Nova. Wasn?t impressed. Read more
For fast food pizza, it's quite decent. They have a nice menu and large selection of drinks. It's located centrally and ots hard... to find nearby parking when you just want to pick up. Read more
